This company delivered to my neighbour, as they pulled away they ran over our olive tree in a pot , drivers were laughing,!
Phoned the office to complain and was informed they would pay for the damage ( not huge ) , however 2 weeks in several emails and calls , they are simply not interested

From my first call to KGS to the delivery it has been excellent. My delivery of Coal and logs was delivered to my back door as requested. Parcel delivery companies struggle to find my address but not KGS all I can say is Thank you to everyone involved and I would highly recommend KGS to anyone blown away by the service

Lorraine Roberts was so incredibly helpful. She rightfully highlighted problems in my order which she proactively consulted me on. She was knowledgeable and tenacious in her pursuit of finding the best solution for my needs. Honestly one of the best customer service interactions I’ve had anywhere.

Just wanted to give a shout out to everyone working at KG Smith and UK Stoves for most excellent customer service. Every phone call I made was answered promptly and dealt with thoroughly. After a terrible 'no show' of the delivery ( this was not the fault of UK Stoves but that of Sprint Express in Norwich) of my recent order UK Stoves took on my case and swiftly arranged the dispatch of another Parkray Aspect 4 stove at great expense to themselves which arrived safely today, the 9th of December. I'd like to say a particularly big thank you to Lorraine who went above and beyond to solve the issue for us....I would most definitely recommend UK Stoves to anyone who is looking for a reliable online wood stove retailer, their customer service is absolutely outstanding......Phil Robinson, Norfolk

We purchased oval’s from you not knowing that when we rang the contact number it would be redirected to you rather than CPL at Rothersthorpe. The coal was delivered can’t complain about the service but the ovals had been smashed to bits, very few ovals in the bag mostly dross. Contacted CPL on the local number and had a delivery guess what they were oval’s with hardly any dross. I know who I will be dealing with in the future. I don’t know that by putting your name on the bag your are getting the rubbish left over but you seriously need to check and having dealt with both you and your wife in a in my previous employment I know you are above this.

Txt received day before about delivery, delivery driver great and friendly only gave 4 stars as would have been nice to have received a rough time of delivery as not sure what time of the day the delivery was coming. Apart from that will order again in the future as good prices.
