Stuart helped with a rat problem in my loft and kitchen. He responded late evening to my panicked call and came to visit soon after. He did a thorough assessment of the whole property and soon found the entry point. He ensured all entries were sealed and fitted a non return valve in the sewer drain. He then confirmed rats unfortunately were in the loft and left baits and returned a few days later to check. On finding one he left the other baits and came back for a third visit to advise I should be rat free now! Stuart explained everything he was doing, was always on time and a very friendly person to have in my home. He reassured me for the future and ensured I should be pest free now. I would thoroughly recommend Stuart and his services. Thank you Stuart!

Great service. Stuart sorted out a pigeon issue on my balcony. He cleaned the balcony, and installed spikes in various parts. He came back another day for free to install some more spikes as he didn’t have enough the first time around. He charged me £375 which felt reasonable given the amount of work.

I called Clearzone Pest Control after having two falied treatments for an infestation of fleas I had in October 2025 from cat sitting in my home. The previous pest control companies were not able to fully eradicate the fleas from my house. I called Clerzone Pest Control company and Stuart came to my house and sprayed the house thoroughly and then followed up with another treatment. Since then all the remaining fleas have died and the monitors I put down to monitor activity has been quiet for nearly 3 weeks,, so I am confident that my flea issue has been erdidated. The aftercare from Clearzone is excellent, I would like to thank Stuart for his patience as I called him quite alot following the treatments and he always picks up the call and gives me advice. I would definately recommend Clearzone Pest Control Company Stuart is very polite and knowledgeable and gets the job done however long it takes. Thanks, Jackie

RAT PROBLEM Stuart attended my home in Chislehurst earlier this week to evaluate the rat problem and recommended fitting a 6" Rat Blocker on the outgoing sewer pipe. He returned yesterday on the 7th January and successfully fitted the Rat Blocker. As the manhole was quite deep and narrow it turned out to be a difficult operation but he somehow managed fit the item which needed great perseverance and being somewhat of a contortionist helped.

However, he acted quickly—placing bait right away and returning a week later to check on it and apply an additional treatment to dry them out if they came into contact with it. Stewart completely shocked me with quite literally the most perfect service we ever received from a London trader. He visited my home twice, second visit being a voluntary check after the job done few days before, and didn't limit himself to laying some traps or baits, but investigated around the property and was able to identify the origin of the issue with mices and fix it for good (some openings under the stairs and bottom of the walls outside). This man knows his thing for real. We have not seen a mouse since. And, drum roll, he's incredibly helpful and genuinely kind on the phone (I rang him up at 8pm on a Friday!). I honestly couldn't recommend him enough. I have never received such a courteous and acknowledgeable service. He was also very elastic with keys handover and super punctual. Please trust this man cause he completely deserves it opposite to way too many rude and quick cash minded awful traders you might have to deal with
