I'd like to personally thank Shane O'Callaghan for his great advice, support and professionalism over the last nearly 4 years. We rented a 4 bedroom property via his company Casey Kennedy.
Shane put huge efforts into finding the right tenants and ensuring that the property was looked after both in repairing anything needed attention speedily and also inspecting to see that the property was being treated well. The rent was always paid on time. His collaboration gave us great peace of mind.
I would highly recommend Casey Kennedy and Shane O'Callaghan in particular, to anyone wishing to have a professional supportive experience in renting out a property.

Waiting a very long time for basic things in the rental property to be fixed. Painting, mold on bathroom ceiling, holes made in the ceiling to fix leak that still have yet to be fixed. Told months ago this would be done and we are still waiting

We have found Casey Kennedy to be a well-run and transparent managing agent. Reporting is clear, queries are answered properly rather than deflected, and the financial information we receive is detailed enough for directors to actually work from - which is not something I would say of every agent in this sector.
When we have raised something, it has been picked up and acted on, and documents come back promptly and amended as asked.
Straightforward, professional and responsive.

Gary Wildman at Casey Kennedy Estate Agents was the agent for my first home purchase. He was very professional, engaged and efficient throughout the process. Even when things got a little sticky or delayed (as they do with property sales), Gary remained communicative and available to both parties. His passion for and knowledge of his work was clear. And I felt he brought a certain humanity and clarity which made a difference to me as a first-time buyer.
