Love Chris meals! The meals taste great, are convenient , and portioned controlled to keep me and my athletes (kids) healthy and fueled on the go! Ingredients are sourced locally. And I feel great about recommending the meals to my clients. Also so nice not having to meal prep every meal and have someone else doing it for me, while adding extra flavor and meal ideas I wouldn't make myself.

Thank you so much, Kurt! We truly appreciate your continued support and are so happy you’re enjoying the meals each week! ☺️
I absolutely love Chris Meals. Easy to heat, healthy, and delicious. My favorite meals are anything with salmon. The salmon pieces are very generous, stuffed peppers, and chicken quesadillas are also very popular. I haven't had anything I didn't like. Great for a week when you know you are too busy to cook and I pick my meals up right after pilates class at Fit Form Pilates.

Chris Meals has been a lifesaver as a single mom! Their meals are fresh, delicious, and perfect for my work lunches. Having healthy meals ready to go keeps me from stopping at fast food, which saves me both time and money. I also love that they deliver all the way to Blue Springs. I highly recommend Chris Meals to anyone looking for convenient, great-tasting meal prep!
