I had to clean up after he was done with each fireplace. Soot was on the bricks and rocks were in the cracks. He didn’t go up on the roof as I was told you were going to do. Had to remind him to reprogram the remote and then he said he couldn’t do it. All in all terribly disappointing.

Nate did an amazing job. He was prompt. He found a problem with my dryer vent, cleaned them and fixed it up perfectly. He even sent pictures and videos of the before and after. I will be using Chim Chimney every year!
