Terrific, can't recommend this company strongly enough. Making the reservation was simple, and the drivers were courteous and professional. They were early for pickup and drop off, and constantly communicated their status. Dependable and professional, can't ask for more than that.

Extremely disappointed with the service. The driver was unprofessional, and the car was not properly cleaned. Definitely not worth the premium price. Will not be using them again.

Service and Safety Clarification: Confirmation #21794
We take our service and client safety very seriously. Your daughter was safely dropped off, and upon arrival, the chauffeur informed your wife at the residence where he had picked her up. He also confirmed that your daughter entered the home safely, especially considering the late hour.
The chauffeur did not attempt to pick her up earlier than the scheduled time. However, since he was in close proximity to the pickup location, he simply offered that if an earlier pickup was preferred, he would be available to accommodate. Throughout the process, he maintained communication with her mother to ensure everything went smoothly and comfortably, particularly if any special assistance was needed.
If you still have any concerns or are not fully satisfied, please feel free to contact our office directly. We would be happy to discuss the matter further and assist you in any way we can.
