As a funeral director and celebrant, I've worked with Ceremonycast on many services now, and I've been meaning to write this for a while. Today was the one that made me sit down and do it. With very little notice, over a long weekend, they helped us pull together a memorial service on a public holiday Monday — live stream, recording and the full AV set-up — and made it look effortless. Stephen and Jason were on site early, calm, and completely across the running order, which meant I could concentrate on the family rather than the technology. The stream was flawless, the recording was with the family the same day, and the people watching from interstate felt like they were in the room. That's been my experience every time: on time, professional, friendly and reliable. They've never let me down, and I trust them implicitly with the most important hour in a family's year. If you need live streaming or recording for a funeral, memorial or any event that matters, I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you, Stephen, Jason and the team.

Their production is so much more than a 'fixed camera' set up. As we are grieving and were not fully present during the ceremony, it would have been deeply meaningful and memorable for us to see clear footage of our dear mother entering and exiting the church. Unfortunately, we feel this important moment was not captured as well as it could have been. We were hoping for more focus on her final journey, rather than footage of people’s heads and faces during these key moments. Additionally, while we appreciate the beauty of the flowers, at that time it would have been more impactful to capture a wide shot showing all the attendees gathered to farewell her.
