GLO recently livestreamed a University of Edinburgh event series for our CAHSS College team and we are super pleased with both the experience and results. The team were professional, organised, reliable and obviously very experienced in producing these kinds of events. Even where we presented them with tricky situations to work around, they proposed efficient solutions that suited our needs without compromising on quality. Our team felt reassured throughout that they understood the brief and were going to deliver the best possible results. Their communication was great and they were a pleasure to work alongside. We would not even have contemplated trying to run the AV ourselves for our hybrid conference with multiple venues, multiple parallel sessions and hundreds of participants. As a conference organiser, the site of the black Glo shirts at the back of the room was a constant reassurance. For our participants, they were almost invisible, which is a sign that everything was running as it should and issues were being resolved before they could become problems.

Glo helped us deliver Arctic Science Summit Week 2024 in Edinburgh - one of the largest international conferences in Arctic research, with 9 days of back-to-back events, 900 delegates attending and often 10+ parallel sessions. The technical support of this fully hybrid event was absolutely flawless, all requirements were met and exceeded, the team were very professional, responsive and friendly. Even last-moment requests for additional support or equipment were all met. Both local and international organising committees are very grateful and would definitely recommend Glo for future events!

We used GLO for a Conference in Edinburgh in October 2023 for 200+ delegates. The event involved live streaming of 6 speakers including the Ministerial keynote, slido polls, break out rooms and more. GLO are a professional and highly efficient team. They were very hands on helping with all sorts from our event planning, to the delegate experience. Everything went smoothly, thanks to them. I'd recommend using them in a heart beat.

All members of the GLO team are super professional. The attention to detail and the level of dedication that we have experienced while working with GLO are hard to come by these days. We had some issues with the venue, and GLO guided us during the whole process with patience. They saved the whole event by sourcing a pair of lights at the last minute. Without the lights, we were destined to be in the dark. Literally! All videos were delivered promptly after the event without any delays. Thank you!

GLO make things so easy and provide outstanding service and results – whether it's capturing and editing highlight reels on site, recording sessions or helping us get customer feedback for social media. The GLO team was the epitome of professionalism and hard work. The crew was proactive, thoughtful and helped to improve on what our vision was. Their flexibility and understanding was a delight as well, helping our team to get even more value out of our time with GLO than we expected.

The Glo team just delivered our third virtual KindFest - a virtual event with a mixture of live and recorded content across three streams running concurrently over 6 hours - no mean feat! Once again, they produced and delivered our event in a seamless manner. Kyle, John and Craig were calm and so professional on the day, offering advice when needed and guiding our speakers and wider team brilliantly.
