Terrible experience with Car Solutions. I scheduled an appointment to test drive a specific vehicle, drove all the way to the dealership, and when I arrived I was told the car “wasn’t ready yet” and wasn’t even on the lot. Nobody bothered to call or text beforehand to let me know, even though they knew I had an appointment.
To make things worse, the staff was not helpful at all when I showed up. The whole interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional, like my time didn’t matter. Later, I received a message saying the vehicle was still being inspected and that they would contact me once it was ready. Conveniently, the listing disappeared shortly after, so it seems pretty obvious the vehicle was sold.
If the car was unavailable or already spoken for, just be honest with customers instead of wasting their time and gas getting them into the dealership. Very disappointing experience overall.

DON’T GET FOOLED BY THEIR RATING!
I already bought a car from Car Solutions and I regretted it minutes after…
Let me explain exactly what happened because this is not normal at all.
I went to this dealership because of their high 4.9 Google reviews. I thought I was dealing with honest and transparent people. Before buying, I made it very clear that I care about the condition of the car. I asked them multiple times that i’m a student here and want a good condition car and if there were any issues with the car i’m planning to buy.
Every single time they told me the same thing. The car is in perfect condition with no problems at all.
I did not just rely on their words. And I did my own inspection before buying. The mechanic told me there was a minor head gasket concern but it passed the required tests so it should not be a problem. He also mentioned a small transmission leak and said it is something that can be fixed later and is not urgent. (Dealership didn’t mention any of that at all).
So I did everything right. I asked questions and I inspected the car.
After that, I trusted the dealership’s word, because its a dealership not a random facebook marketplace person!
I tried to negotiate the price but they barely moved and kept insisting the car is clean and in great condition and that this is their final price with only a couple of hundreds discount. I told them the diagnosis of the car was not great so i’m willing a 1.5k cut off of the price.. the manager showed up and told me every mechanic will list you a paperwork of $7k worth of part repairs. And told me to trust them instead that the car is perfect…
I trusted them and the manager as well because they are a dealership with high ratings.
So I paid $17,500 for a 2018 Mustang thinking I am buying a solid car.
Now here is the part that makes no sense at all. Just imagine guys.
About 10 minutes after leaving the dealership, and on my way home happy with me new car. The car started producing heavy white smoke from the exhaust and under the hood. Not after days. Not after weeks. Just ten minutes after!!!!
How does a car go from perfect condition to smoking like that in ten minutes
That does not just happen. That means there was already a serious problem.
I called them immediately and trying to explained what happened. They didn’t answer the phone 😂😂😂
No help. No responsibility. Nothing.
So you tell me the car is perfect, I trust you, I pay you, and then ten minutes later the car is smoking and suddenly it is not your problem anymore
You really expect me to believe you did not know about this???
This is not about as is. This is about honesty, integrity, and transparency.. If there are issues, say it clearly. Do not tell customers everything is perfect and basically lying to their face to sell a crap car!!
Do not get fooled by the Google reviews like I did.
If you are thinking about buying from this dealership just run away trust me runn awaaaaaay, and do not trust a single word of what they say.
Because in my case I did everything right and still ended up with a car that had serious problems immediately after purchase.
Honestly this experience felt like the worst thing ever happened to me in my entire life.
Run away. Do not buy from here. Consider market place rather than this untrustworthy dealership

That said, we do want to clarify a few important points for transparency. You chose to take the vehicle to your own independent mechanic for nearly half a day prior to purchase, and they completed a full inspection. As you mentioned, they identified a minor head gasket concern and a small transmission leak, but ultimately advised you that the vehicle passed the required tests and was safe to drive, with no urgent repairs needed at that time. This meant you were fully aware of the vehicle’s condition before making your decision.
Based on those findings and the diagnostic, we worked with you on pricing and provided a discount in consideration of the items noted, and the vehicle was agreed upon and purchased as-is with those known conditions.
We also want to address the communication concern — when you initially tried to reach us, it was after business hours, when our office was closed. We responded first thing the next morning as soon as you contacted us.
We take pride in being honest and transparent with all of our customers, and we rely on both our inspections and the independent inspections customers choose to perform. In this case, the vehicle was evaluated externally and deemed roadworthy prior to delivery.
We truly regret that your experience after leaving was not what you expected, we understand your frustration, and our goal is to have ALL our customers leave our lot happy and satisfied. If you’d still like to discuss this further, we’re always open to a conversation.

They tried to list a vehicle online as having a clean title when it in fact had a salvage history and total loss on the carfax. Watch out for these guys, slick moves like this makes a dealership untrustworthy. One of their representatives called me after to apologize (obviously he was just trying leave things on good terms to protect the dealership’s reputation) which I appreciated but once a dealership attempts to pull something like this it seriously damages the trust and their reputation.

Every vehicle we offer has the full CARFAX report available directly on our website, allowing customers to review the vehicle history before even visiting the dealership.
