However, after reviewing our records, we have not been able to locate any customer or inquiry under the name Frank Delprado here at our dealership Car Solutions LLC in West Palm Beach. Is it possible that this review was intended for a different dealership or another business with a similar name in another state?

At our dealership, we take transparency very seriously. Every vehicle we offer has the full CARFAX report available directly on our website, allowing customers to review the vehicle history before even visiting the dealership. Additionally, any vehicle with a salvage title is clearly marked as such, and customers are required to sign a specific acknowledgment form confirming they understand the title status before completing a purchase.

Because we cannot find any record of this interaction and our processes ensure full disclosure, we believe this review may have been posted in error. We kindly ask that you verify the business and update or remove the review if it was meant for another dealership.
