My experience with CPMS was great. Lynette, the lovely receptionist was extremely polite, and patiently answered all my questions prior to and following the inspection. Neil, the technician also patiently explained the details of his inspection from which I learned a lot about termites. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service to others.

Initial results were good at removing all pests, however less than a month after spraying we had lots of ants inside the house and we were told this would be an additional cost if they were to come back.

Hi Ben Sorry you were unhappy however a general spider spray does not affect ants and we were not notified at the time of your booking that there was an ant problem. It appears the ants have only come into the home since. Ants are a different treatment to a general spider spray and we did say we would do the job at the lowest price for ants.
