Got me in and out quick left with a vehicle same day. I can say even though I didn’t get the exact vehicle I wanted, I left happy because I can trust byrider to build my credit and cover my vehicle for up to 2 years

I was very doubtful about not getting approved for a car but Jake came in and saved the day! He took the information I came with and crunch some numbers within a few hours I was approved for a new car for me and my babies!

They trick you into a contract. Your treat is getting a pos car. By the time you find out they sold u junk too late. Or they cover it up good enough to put the expenses onto the customer. And will lie and say you turned down repairs meanwhile having the car for over 2 weeks but they lie so you cant fight it. Why would someone allow you to keep their car for 2 weeks just to turn repairs down. Liars is what they are. My girlfriend went through them i refused to put my name on it but woman dont listen they just want. Well now she has a pos she cant drive much. I dont recommend this location. They will cover their selfs by lieing. Once you get a pos car your stuck. They will act like they will work with you then a day later come back with you turned down the repairs when infact you didnt. So choose ur words wisely or they will twist everything u say. My gf started to have problems from day 7 and nothing but issues they kept blaming her for stuff that had nothing to do with her. In other words take pics of car b4 and after take a mechanic and get everything in writing. They will sell you a car that is worth 6k and then sell it to u for 26k and will charge extra for a warranty but find everything they can to void it. So over 2k just for a warranty u cant use. So if you tell them your going to get a lawyer be ready for them to plot. Bc thats exactly what they did to my girlfriend she told them that and the guy manager told give them a chance to make it right. Said to call back later in day called multiple times was supposedly busy. So we showed up next day just to be greeted with 2 managers acting all shady saying that she refused repairs. So if u say u shouldn't have to pay for something that was already messed up they will twist that as ur refusing to fix it. They sold her a car that has alot of electrical issues that started a week after she got it. It was covered up and they kept asking her what she uses her car for was stuff in floor lied about replacing a seat bc of a sensor they told her u didnt want the seat that the sensor came out of bc it was molded the day we went in they changed their story saying seat was replaced when it wasnt bc the same stains that was on it when she got it was still there. So basically they will make it out to be ur fault. And every time they touch it something else goes wrong. Its never ending. Long story short dont tell them ur going to take legal action just do it. Bc they will plot til they find something and unfortunately they took her saying she shouldn't have to pay for something that was already a issue b4 we got the car as she refused repairs even tho they had her car for 2 weeks. So be careful what you say. Could we fight it still probably but more u have the better on them. So patient is key its a pattern they will repeat and help needless to say we now record our conversation which in Indiana is a 1 concent law so u dont need to tell them. Dont let them lie bc we asked a lawyer and was told we can. Like also its harassment if they call u and ur references on day of ur payment is due not late day of we have told them 2 times now to stop. Like i said more they do keep track patient pays off.
Megan was very awesome and she worked with us and made sure we got on the road can’t thank you enough!

I like Byrider the people are cool and okay I just feel like they handled my situation the wrong way and it made me feel like they cared more about my money than me as a costumer. I called to make a payment for my car and only my car payment and I have my card on file to make my car payments the man I was talking to didn’t tell me before hand “maam are you aware that your insurance has expired. Unfortunately we are gonna have to charge an extra 50 to make sure you have insurance on your documents. Instead he just took it upon himself to just charge me anyway no warning nothing. I feel like it could’ve been handled different because now I feel as the costumer they don’t care about me enough to make me aware of issues such as my insurance before they charge me and now I feel like all they want is my money and they are gonna charge me whatever they feel instead of making someone aware of why before they just go and take my money that 50 could’ve been my last bit of money for my child but it’s whatever they are cool staff I just won’t be recommending anyone to Byrider because I feel like I was scammed because they charged me before even telling me why I was getting charged. Please be more professional and make people aware before charging them please I do appreciate you guys for helping me and such but do better with making people aware ❤️
Amazing people to work with. Didn’t think I would get it. Horrible credit, open car loan, credit card defaults. But Jake was my hero and got me in and out in a car within an hour and a half.
