The experiences we've recently had have not been pleasant. Our payment was literally 1 day late. It was only late because we had to order a new debit card. We explained this in depth and let them know we had the money but literally couldn't do anything because we had to wait on our new card. I completely understand that every place has their different policies. I understand rules. However them coming to take the car while my husband was working was completely UNNECESSARY. Especially after explaining we were only unable to pay due to having to replace the debit card. One day after the payment was due, the two females came and snatched the car from my husband's job while working. They didn't even tow it. They just came in a random pickup truck and the other female sped off with it. Who does that? Also the lady on the phone is rude, crass, short with people, impatient, and sometimes is aggressive when asking about payments (as if we owe HER personally). If you're having that bad of a day stay home or find work elsewhere. EVERY customer who walks through those doors supports your paycheck. The least you could do is not talk to people crazy and be polite. We'll be returning the car and doing business elsewhere.
Kejuan was a great salesman. I appreciate his time and effort getting me into a vehicle quickly that I’m happy with. Will definitely recommend him to anyone else looking for a vehicle!😊

Jake from Byrider, was so friendly so courteous. Was a big help with walking us through the process and also helped us chew something that was more try price range better fitted for our family. Not something that's going to put us more into debt for sale he truly listened and helped.

Jake help me out I was nervous because car lots just be having you run around but when I came here they helped me out and I love them for that because the debt I'm in and my credit score they really help me out and car better price and everything before the car I had. only thing if I knew how their CNC services works I would had waited still got to come out money on of paying car note which the cars should have been checked out more from carfox and car lot I didn't want no car I had to do a lot of work on bottom of car I'm really upset how I got to put money into my car only covers two little small parts den have to pay 75 some people don't have extra 75 to look at a car where you brought car from yes I'm am very upset. even the new owners not no help
