They were so nice to my not so nice dog and I honestly could not believe have thorough but also super efficient team they were. Love the final Trex fence & Bret was great, but communication was poor.
We had a Trex fence installed starting back in April 2026, and while the finished product itself is great, the overall process was very frustrating.
The real highlight of our experience was our salesman, Bret. Even though another company offered a slightly lower price, we chose Bronco strictly because of Bret's outstanding service and professionalism. The installation team also did great work once on-site.
Unfortunately, the office customer service left a lot to be desired. There were huge gaps of time where no work was happening, leaving our entire yard completely open and exposed to a busy, high-traffic street. When we called the office for updates, the person answering seemed annoyed by our calls. We requested to speak with a manager multiple times, but were always told they were unavailable and we never received a single callback.
The only way we got any updates on the project duration was by reaching out to Bret directly, who continuously went out of his way to help us. It turned out there was a fabrication delay with our gates—which we completely understand—but no one from the office bothered to tell us until Bret stepped in. On top of that, we were promised a temporary fence so our dogs could safely use the yard during construction. Despite raising this several times, it was never delivered. As a result, our dogs were unable to use the yard for nearly a month and a half out of constant fear they’d escape into traffic.
While we love the final quality of the fence and would give Bret 5 stars on his own, the headache with office communication and broken promises makes it hard to fully recommend Bronco.

I recently worked with Bronco Fence and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, Bret was great to work with and was the only person from any fencing company who actually took the time to answer all of our questions during the planning process. That level of communication was appreciated.
However, the installation process was a different story. Before starting, the installer repeatedly tried to pressure me into “taking responsibility” if they hit any utility lines. The only document I signed was a basic materials/work order — nothing stating I was liable. I had already paid a deposit, so refusing would have meant losing money and not getting the fence installed.
During installation, my neighbor texted saying their internet was out. When I asked the installers, they insisted they hadn’t hit anything. Xfinity arrived within minutes and confirmed the line had been hit. The installers didn’t acknowledge it until they were wrapping up for the day.
Over the next few days, PRG and Xfinity investigated. PRG made it clear that homeowners are not responsible for this type of damage and that the installers were at fault. Despite that, the installer called us multiple times on a Saturday demanding we take responsibility and even threatened legal action. He also stated the call was being recorded without consent.
I contacted Bronco Fence on Monday, and they were understanding, though unaware of the installer’s behavior. Ultimately, the installers filed a claim with their insurance and returned to finish the fence.
While the final product looks good and Bret was great to work with, the pressure tactics, lack of honesty, and threats from the installer make it difficult for me to fully recommend them.

We needed a new fence and front porch railing installed. Jr and his team came out quickly and put up our fence posts, and we were told it would be about a week before they did the fence panels, but to our surprise, they showed up four days early and completed it in record time. It’s BEAUTIFUL, and we feel safe in our home again! Chris came to do our porch soon after and did a magnificent job, and he might be the most interesting person I’ve ever met. We are over the moon with the results. I will recommend Bronco to anyone I can! Thanks again, you guys made a huge difference to our way of life and we really appreciate it!
