Chris Rhyne did a wonderful job. Explained what I needed for my 27yr old trane a/c system to keep it running for hopefully many more years. The replacement part he had on truck and replaced cleaned up wonderfully. I have used Bradham every since got the heat and A/C system and they service it twice a year. Great preventive maintenance is the key to longevity.
Just had spring HVAC service completed by Nick at Bradham Comfort Services. It is so refreshing to do business with a company that delivers exceptional service consistently! Nick was very professional and thorough and addressed all my questions and concerns! It is very costly when you replace a HVAC and there are lots of choices on the market! I continue to be pleased with the investment in the Trane HVAC equipment and having Bradham maintain. Thank you Nick and Bradham!
I have had Bradham Brothers work on my HVAC system for years. Their
technicians communicate well, are personable and honest. I had a Spring service performed and it went very well.
Update (Another Review): On July 8, 2025, I noticed a water stain in a second-floor bedroom. I also discovered water in the cover of the closet light fixture. After giving it some thought, I suspected that the leak was caused by the second-floor heat pump mechanics in the attic above. So, I called Bradham Comfort Services and asked if a technician could come out the next day. A technician (Alan) was at my home the next morning and he discovered that the condensate drain was clogged and there was noticeable rust within the primary pan. He also told me that the (plastic) emergency pan seems to have a crack. He flushed out my drain lines on both of my units and installed a water level sensor. My upstairs system is 30 years old and given that the pans are not accessible, I will plan on replacing the outside unit and the attic mechanics. I am grateful for the quick response and thorough analysis (with photos) of the leak causes.

Yesterday, I had regular scheduled maintenance on my HVAC system only to learn that it was 20 years old and had several problems that were costly to repair. That tech was very nice and helpful, as he set up sales person (Michael Devinney) to come, which was in just an hour. Michael was very helpful to help me decide on which system would best handle my needs. Today, Devon and Chris arrived around 8:30 and started getting my old system removed. They were both so very nice and helpful and answered any questions I had. They unloaded their equipment and worked very efficiently to get the work done. The electrician was also very helpful and did a very good job. At almost 4 PM, Devon and Chris left, leaving everything complete and neatly cleaned. Thanks to each of these fine men for h the work they did today. It was much appreciated!
This company is extremely well-managed. We've been a customer since 2016 when we had 2 new HVAC units installed. We asked 2 companies for quotes to install the same brand & model units. Bradham Comfort: $13,037. Other: $17,748.
Randy Gaskins met with us to discuss the installation process, warranties, and scheduling. Installation went like clockwork, exactly as Randy had described. A very professional and friendly crew handled everything perfectly. We couldn't tell they'd been here when the job was done.
The office staff is excellent, always helpful with scheduling and questions. We've been on the annual spring and fall maintenance plan since 2016. Yearly cost for 2 units is $590. The plan includes no after hours charges and a 15% discount on repair costs. We've gotten prompt responses each of the 3 times we've called for emergency service in the last 10 years, and the issue was always fixed on the first service call.
I always ask if Justin Cole is available when scheduling annual maintenance. He's exceptional - professional, thorough, hard-working and customer-oriented. He found a small hole in a heat exchanger last fall, saving us a serious emergency call in the winter. His maintenance visits are thorough and efficient. He gives me an update and answers any questions before leaving, and emails a detailed report later the same day.

Mike and Caleb were awesome! Prompt, courteous and hard working. They took the time to explain exactly what they were doing, and walked us through each step. It made us very comfortable in an area that we did not know a lot about. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

After getting 5 quotes to replace an HVAC unit, Bradham was the clear choice. Knowledgeable and didn’t oversell me. During installation they went above and beyond to swap out a nearly 40 year old unit that wasn’t easy to demo. Have continued to use them for our bi-yearly maintenance. I'd put Tristan up for best HVAC tech in Charlotte. He makes sure our new and old systems are ready for winter/summer every year.
