Great service from start to finish i order 8 tone bags of hard wood. Came on Friday 14th.. drive kept me in touch through day as bad weather was making things bit late for him not his fault. Any way it had arrived as I arrived myself at same time.. he unload 8 ton bags were I like them.. many thanks from me and team from Bob's logs. Be back for more.👍
This wood is qual-i-ty! and great value. Delivery service was top notch too. We received 2 of the kiln dried £150 bags a couple of weeks ago, delivered on time by the excellent communicater Harry. Waited until we used it a few times to review. It's more efficient than what we've used in the past.
Photos show the beginning of tonight's fire which has already slowed but won't need topping up for another 30 mins or so, the basket of logs for 2-3 night's fires and kindling for 1/2 the season, and one half of some additional indoor storage. Still have 1.3 bags in the garage to be stacked.
I'm using less logs and getting better heat from these - can't recommend them more highly.
Ordered 3 x ton bags of kiln dried wood, all UK sourced. A good mix of hardwoods, oak, beech and birch. Logs were well sized with only a few odds and ends. Overall quality looks excellent. Delivery was on the day requested at the time agreed. All in all an excellent service and will use again.
Wow feel compelled to give a shout out to Bob Logs and Harry, a local company, for their incredible customer service - phoned up and ordered the premium kiln dried logs on Tuesday and they were delivered on Wednesday by Harry 🙌 not just that but he used their small crane on the truck to deliver them straight over our fence into the garden saving considerable back breaking work lugging them in!! Excellent service and can’t wait to get the fire going 🔥🪵🔥 Thanks Harry - you beat the socks off of the big boys out there on price, delivery times and service!
I purchased 5 sacks of seasoned/kiln dried wood and 1 bag of kindling. Outstanding stuff, will last me maybe a year Perfectly cut sizes and quantity whether you want to cook with it or just have a nice firepit going. Good sturdy bags so they don't rip an fall everywhere. Definitely recommending to my fellow campers and firepit enthusiasts Arrived nice and early and all hassle free. Support your local farms Some even do oils and food that's fresher and cleaner.View less.

Just had a delivery today, tonne bag of kiln dried logs and two bags of kindling, logs burn lovely as does the kindling!!💯 very pleased as the bag was absolutely bulging and loads of kindling too, very good value I think, Harry was very pleasant and explained the different woods in the bag as we are new to log burners, will definitely be ordering again 🤩🤩🤩
I was asked to go out to the farm before 3pm on a Saturday to collect. When I got there I was treated with disdain and made to feel like I was a problem by asking to buy logs. A quite surreal experience to be treated so badly.

That’s correct before 3pm, When you arrived a lady gave you instructions in which yard to enter for logs and where to park for loading of which she got the forklift then to her surprise you spun out fast without ordering.
