After a bit of a trek,landed here. Person who served us(short measure) reluctantly put a smidgen in his, i couldn't be bothered to ask. I don't think its the make friends and influence people handbook he is following.
Couldn't find anything positive to say about the place other than the egg cup of beer was very nice.

We’re glad you enjoyed the beer itself, but both the short measure and the service you’ve described are something we’d like to look into. If you’re able to let us know roughly what date and time you visited, we can work out who was on shift and follow this up with the team.
Hopefully you’ll give us another try sometime and we can leave you with a much better impression.

For my 82nd birthday treat my eldest grandson along with my son arranged a visit to your establishment on Saturday the 12th September. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff for their welcomes and making the afternoon such a fantastic success, the lad that took us on the tour was excellent, knowlegable, very easant and new his job . We had an excellent brewery tour guided by the wonderful Tash. He was knowledgeable and great fun, plus the samples he gave us were delicious! Highly recommend if you'd like to support a small Brummie business.

Very interesting tour. Kash was very knowledgeable and funny. The sourdough pizza was lovely .. Downside, far too hot inside the brewing area, no parasols outside which would have been great. Also, the website states cider and iced tea available but they weren’t. Heads up to the young woman behind the bar. Very busy and she did a great job
Having visited previously with a good selection of cask ales, this was very disappointing for a bank holiday weekend with only two available. One being very light and one very dark of which one ran out! We then moved to Attic which was much improved all round! Great atmosphere and good selection of beers… Birmingham Brewery you new to pull your socks up to maintain your custom.
