Gio and Juan were excellent and did an outstanding job installing a whole new HVAC system. Gio walked me through everything at the end and made sure to answer all my questions. Cleanup was great and left the property looking like it was before they arrived. Would recommend BillyGo to anyone for HVAC or plumbing needs.

I had scheduled service and was given a 2 hour window. Had to make sure I was off work and home. The tech never called and never showed up. I called the office and they said the tech had been here and rang the bell. The interesting thing is that when he said he rang the bell we were in the house with the front door and garage door both standing open. We rescheduled and he didn’t show again. 2 hours after his time window had passed he called and tried to come. I was already gone. Gave it one more chance and this time he showed half hour early and said we can’t use water during the time my daughter had to be getting ready for work. I do not recommend!
Robert was very professional. He thoroughly answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. It was a pleasant experience working with him.
I hate having people at my home to fix things but I also can’t fix them myself soooo…. Here we are. THANK YOU JERRY for being so awesome for fixing all the things and for answering your phone after work hours.

I really really don’t like the animated AI phone calls
Cash did a great job explaining what services he was going to provide. He competed the preventive maintenance work quickly and gave me a great overview of work once completed. Would suggest anyone that doesnt use Billygo to check them out, they do great work.
