I had a second property for sale and had to fire 4 Realtors over 2 years and finally stumbled on Beycome because I had it with the slick talkers who did nothing to sell my property. Within the first 30 days of Beycome, I got an offer! True story. The website is easy to use and their AI bot answered a lot of questions. They also have real humans the couple of times I need to call and ask questions. That nearly $9k is way better in my pocket than a do-nothing Realtor who sticks out a sign and just sits back. I was skeptical, never heard of them before but the sales process went easy through the local title attorney and offers and paperwork all went fine. End the monopoly on real estate, give Beycome a try. I'll be a repeat customer when the time comes for sure! Oh, they didn't pay me a penny to write this - former TV journalist here - this is a true testimonial.

Many thanks to Beycome for the awesome experience of placing my FSBO on the MLS and major sites via their cool platform. It was easy to do, took less than a half hour, including the descriptive verbiage for the home. Additionally, the price for the various packages is very reasonable. As if that's not enough, the personal assistance I received via phone and text from Sharon was extraordinary. She responded to all my questions, including voicemails, literally within 5 minutes. Such excellent customer service in this day and age is rare, and is to be commended. We recommend Beycome in the highest terms. Used Beycome to list a house I had for sale. It was the first time for me to sell a house. I used the entry level 99 dollar listing with Beycome and took my own pictures for the MLS listing. I highly recommend Beycome, especially if you’re considering selling FSBO! My husband and I recently sold our first home using Beycome, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. This was our first time selling a home, and we were nervous about doing it ourselves, but Beycome made the process so much easier. We used their flat-fee MLS service to list our home, and we were able to handle the sale ourselves while still getting the exposure we needed. We listed on June 6 and officially closed on August 24! What I appreciated most was having access to the MLS without having to pay a traditional listing commission. We were able to communicate directly with buyers, handle our own showings and negotiations, and still have the support/resources from Beycome when we needed them. Their platform was easy to use, and the whole experience gave us the confidence to actually go through with selling our home ourselves. Thank you, Beycome, for making our first FSBO experience such a great one! We would absolutely recommend you to anyone considering this route. ❤️🏠

I have been TRYING to list a property for FIVE days (several hours per day) on this site (Beycome.com). I have seen bad sites but, this one tops all. I am in real estate and buy and sell properties frequently. Most times I list properties via agents. But, once a while I sell and I look for sites that can provide MLS listing. This time I came to Beycome and the worst experience of my 35 years in real estate. Here are some of the issues: 1. Had to enter the same info 3 times (before and twice after I provided payment method. It would not save... each time was asking for payment... crazy. 2. It kept asking for more and more info, claiming that MLS listing and ZILLOW require the info. Did I say that I have been in real estate (I should know better). It asks for laundry room size and things that NO SITE ever asks. 3. OH let's not talk about customer service. You will NEVER get someone on the phone - unless somehow they call you. Hope and Pray. 4. If you do not complete something and/or require something else to upload or change info., you would never be able to do so. Although it provides you the steps, but forget about allowing to load, change/delete something. I will never again come back here. Become is TERRIBLE in every sense.

Using Beycome was very easy and saved us thousands on realtor commission/compensation. The package I chose included professional pictures, 3D tour and drone images that were completed by a professional team and looked excellent. Their platform was easy to use and we ended up selling our home to a person that had a realtor, not ideal but we understood this when it came to the negotiating process since commissions had to be paid to the buyer's agent, but we still saved thousands! I'd highly recommend using Beycome when it comes time to sell your home!
