Couldn’t recommend Dorian enough. We were navigating a very tough Reston market and were intimated by the process, but Dorian was very patient in educating us and addressing our concerns, and ultimately working very hard to find us exactly the house we were looking for. Dorian gets the job done, is very friendly, and is the most connected and well respected agent in the Reston market. If you’re looking to buy or sell in Reston, you’d be working against yourself not having Dorian and Nikki on your side.

From the very start, he took the time to walk me through the real tradeoffs between a mixed-use commercial property and a multi-unit residential one, and that guidance shaped the entire search in the best way possible. What sealed it was the property he found for me: a stunning 3-unit Victorian brownstone that was already Airbnb ready, which is exactly the kind of income-producing setup I was hoping to land. He clearly understood my goals and did not waste my time on listings that did not fit. The negotiation is where Justin truly went above and beyond. We closed with full contingencies intact, came in $65,000 under the list price, and secured a $25,000 seller credit on top of that. As if that were not enough, he also negotiated to have the property delivered fully furnished, which saved me an enormous amount of time and money. If you want an agent who is strategic, patient, and genuinely relentless on your behalf, Justin is the person to call. I will absolutely be working with him again.
