Bellows went above and beyond to install a new HVAC system in 2 days, including coordinating the removal of our ancient 1940s era furnace, complete with asbestos abatement. They were prompt and on schedule, very polite, and finished the job earlier than expected. Huge shout out to Alexis and Douglas for their outstanding work -- 5 stars!!

Bellows is amazing. Our AC went out last night, I called and got an appointment for the next morning. Jonathan called right at 8, showed up at 8:15 and had us up and running by 8:45. It was amazing - thank you!

Our experience with Bellows was excellent from day one. We requested an estimate for the installation of a mini split ac unit from Mitsubishi. We heard from them within hours to schedule the appointment. We proceeded to have them install the unit. They communicated on a timely basis every step of the way. they were on time, polite, and completely knowledgeable. They left the work areas as clean as when they arrived. Highly recommend.

We had our maintenance service done on our A/C and also had our service man check our damper motor control because it would only open or close during the heating phase of operation and not during the a/c phase. Upon checking the wiring he found that the previous service person had it wired wrong. He rewired the damper control to work in both heating and a/c modes. He knew his job well. Bellows installed a heat pump for us. They were great to work with from start to finish, really took the time to talk through different options and provided a detailed and varied quote, and then did an excellent and professional job installing the units. By far the most professional, friendly, easy to work with company of the ones I contacted for quotes. Highly recommend!

This is a very professional company. The plumbers were efficient, skilled and very friendly. From start to finish, every person I dealt with was top-notch. I would highly recommend this company. They replaced my old gas water heater with a new model. They did a great job. They hauled away the old water heater. They left everything clean.

Great company. Easy and fast to make an appointment. Christa came out. She was very knowledgeable and patient, explaining parts that were installed incorrectly/loosely and explained in great detail about my home Generac maintenance, which is super helpful as first time owner. I totally recommend!

Our first contact with Bellows was through Suzan, their representative at the Napa Costco. She was very professional and we set up an appointment for an estimate. We've never had any AC and Brian did an excellent job of explaining our options for a split air pump and providing us with an estimate. The cost was less than what we had received from another company last year. Installation was fast and no fuss. From start to finish, it was a good experience and while we wanted the split for cooling, the heating option is surprisingly efficient.

If you want to make sure you’re getting honest and trustworthy advice about your home, you can’t go wrong with this company. I recently spoke with Mike, the plumbing manager, over the phone, and he was absolutely amazing. I thought I had a serious plumbing problem, but after discussing the situation with me, he was completely honest and explained that what was happening in my house was actually normal and didn’t require the repair I had imagined.
These days, it’s rare to find someone so honest. He could have easily recommended unnecessary work, but instead, he gave me peace of mind and made me feel completely in good hands. If I ever need plumbing help again, I will definitely call this company. Highly recommend!
