While memorial and thanksgiving services aren't our usual area of work, supporting your family on such a significant day was something we approached with the utmost care and respect. Knowing that you and your loved ones could be fully present — without having to think about anything technical — was exactly what we hoped to achieve.

It was a privilege to bring everything together: the photo slideshow, the grandchildren's video tribute, the music chosen, with our professional video recording and the live relay to both overflow rooms. We're really pleased the video is something the whole family can look back on.

The preparation side of things is something Phil always invests heavily in, because it's what makes the filming day itself feel relaxed and straightforward for everyone involved. When delegates feel comfortable and well-briefed, it really shows on screen.
