Jacob was great to work with! He was punctual, knowledgeable, and got me the answers I needed to make an informed decision on replacing my sewer and water lines. I will for sure have these guys do the work as I'm feeling confident they'll do a good job!

I appreciated the time Dan took to go through the repairs. He was also great at communicating starting with a confirmation txt first thing in the morning about his expected arrival time.

I’ve done a lot of business with Beehive and have always been pleased with their work. Their prices have been reasonable until this visit.
I had a leaking outside turnoff valve to the sprinklers. It is an old home and the repair was with galvanized pipe. I was quoted $950, which seemed high but thought there is more to it than I realized. The repair was completed rather quickly. However, he did have to wait for a piece of pipe to be delivered. If he had had that piece, he would have been done in 60-90 minutes. Pretty expensive pipe and shutoff valve for $950!
If you need a plubmer do not call these guys. Scheduled for someone (project manager) to come out and give an estimate. I took the first part of my day to wait for threm noon to 2 they said.
No one showed or wven bothered to call statiting they were running late. I had to call their call center and was told that they would have the person call me.
I had to call way past the time he was supposed to show. Even the other people on the othwr side were surprised that the person did not make contact. Very disappointed, so much for using a local company.
Spoke to a manager to escalate things, he was surprised as well. Let him know how disappointed I was about this servive. He said he was going to look into it.
NOT GOING TO BE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Hey Marcos, this is the manager you spoke with yesterday. Sorry that we could not make it out to you in the original timeslot. The snowstorm had significantly slowed down our technician's schedule. That does not excuse our dispatch team not communicating the delay with you and I will be coaching them on that later. Again, I do apologize for the inconvenience.
I can't say enough good things about Beehive plumbing. The technicians are always professional & knowledgeable. I will continue to hire them in the future. Thank you for all your help.
