The team here are beyond helpful. I’d been searching for months for the right part to get my Weber Q going. After a quick call in the team suggested I bring my Weber in so they can ensure the right part was selected. Immediately on my return the mystery was solved & part identified. Not only did the team fit the part but they ensured the Weber was safely operational via some testing & quick maintenance for me all complimentary! Cannot recommend them highly enough! They have quite the range & the whole team was super helpful.

Great service, friendly and excellent product knowledge by the staff at the Moorabbin store . We had friends recommend a Weber BBQ so we visited the Moorabbin store, and purchased the Weber Q natural gas version. Now after several uses, this has got to be the best BBQ on the market by far, so easy to use and the results are always perfect.

That has been without doubt the best service and advice I've had in a shop (in my 50's) Talks volumes to the knowledge you get from a bespoke vendor and not a major superstore. IMHO these type of places should be getting all the support and business. Thanks!

I visited the store and was so fortunate to be greeted by Ben and Callan, who were extremely helpful with all my queries around smoker-style BBQs. They were so hospitable in their ability to provide me help whenever I needed, while also giving me very valuable insights on the products and accessories that are available for the style of BBQ I own. I was also happy to learn that BBQ's Plus does events + cooking classes, to provide barbecue enthusiasts a fun, laid-back setting to see some barbecues in action!!! Never heard of a shop having so much versatility, but happy to say I will definitely be back! (they also have complimentary handouts just fyi 👀)
