We wanted to add a deck to the back of our house and then add a pool as well. My husband and I searched for companies to install the deck but we kept coming across such high priced quotes. Like some other reviews, I did feel a bit of pressure during the initial consultation. But I have to say — the same person who made that strong pitch ended up being one of the most helpful and generous parts of the experience. Not only did he follow through with constant communication and responses, but he also delivered more than I expected.
My house exterior was badly chipping with dry rot on some siding. Their initial prep work for painting the house exterior was exceptional and the siding was reinstalled better than the original.
The whole team followed suit and went above and beyond, with great integrity, quality work, and a real genuine commitment to doing things right.
I’m very glad I chose them and would highly recommend them.
A special ‘Thank You’ to Nick and Roberto for helping me feel comfortable with my siding and exterior painting process. You were invaluable!

Our initial consult and quote process was thorough and collaborative. We had a tricky project converting a 1/2 bath to a full bath including bringing down a wall in an old apartment and we had a plan for anything we might find as we progressed.

Bayside made an appointment to give me and my co-owners an estimate to replace our building’s roof. It would have been a good sized job, and we were all ready to shell out the cash. But just about two hours before our appointment, they called to tell me we could only do the appointment if all of the owners were present. I was shocked because (1) I’d rearranged my plans to be there, (2) they gave me almost no notice, and (3) it’s impossible to organize the owners of our building to all physically be there as some owners live far away. I explained this and they basically said “too bad.” They apologized and weren’t necessarily rude, but this way of doing business is not okay. Really poor communication, and no consideration for the potential customer’s time. There’s not a single bad review about them so I have a feeling they have a way to remove bad reviews, but I feel like I need to let people know anyway. Hope this doesn’t happen to you.
