Recent reviews
We recently appointed Bay Brothers Plumbing for a substantial renovation over recent months which included installing a new hot water system, installing a large gas fireplace and plumbing for kitchen/scullery, three bathrooms and a laundry. Mark was always very professional and has excellent communication skills and leads a great team. The quality of the work was always extremely high and delivered on time. I would highly recommend Bay Brothers Plumbing.

We’ve used Bay Brothers Plumbing on multiple jobs at Topline Carpenters and they’ve been outstanding every time—reliable, professional, and top-quality work. Highly recommend!”
We've used Bay Brothers Plumbing and Gas twice now for household maintenance issues. Prompt, efficient, quality, and friendly service. Highly recommended and will use again.
If you’re looking for a plumbing professional then you’ve found it in Mark Smith and his team. Professional, reliable and knowledgeable. They do all our plumbing and gas and go above and beyond - the boss (Mark Smith) came round on Boxing Day and in a few minutes sorted a watching machine waste pipe issue - gratis. Doesn’t get any better than that. Highly recommend these guys.
We had an issue with water not draining away from our kitchen. If these guys came out the same day and unblocked it within 15 minutes while charging a reasonable rate. Five stars
Needed a plumber urgently and they had someone there within an hour. Respectful, professional and great communication. Can highly recommend and Auckland Plumbers Group will be the first people we call in future.
I have 30 years in the trade. These lads have a Great attitude, attention to detail. And brilliant communication. All for a fair price. Thanks guys.
We were most impressed with the prompt response we got from Bay Brothers to do the plumbing job we requested. Connor
carried out the work today in a very impressive manner. Very friendly and very tidy. We thoroughly recommend this company and will definitely use them for any future plumbing jobs.
I am a grumpy old accountant, I hate spending my money. The brothers sorted out my oven and gas leaks, $275. Disreputable plumbers would have charged $30k. I would have not known, but for their honesty.
Bay Brothers team have been working with us on difficult renovations for over a year now. They are knowledgeable, helpful, supportive and have great communication. They do well to fit us into their schedule whenever needed and they do great work to a high level. Will continue to use this team in the future, they‘re epic!
