Pat installed a new dryer vent on our roof and did a great job. He was responsive and able to complete the job quickly. He even touched up a few spots on our roof while he was up installing the vent at no extra cost!

Margaret, we’re glad Pat handled the new roof dryer vent promptly and at a reasonable price. It’s great to know he also took care of a few additional roof touch-ups while he was there.

I need to start by saying I’m not your average home owner, I’m a Construction Superintendent. I’m the guy that yells and screams at subcontractors for performing sub-standard work. So when I found Barrett Roofing who works with integrity and strives to put out a quality product it was such a relief. In the past 14 years Pat and his crew have re-roofed 3 homes I own, 2 because of hail damage and 1 because of age plus adding a breezeway to a garage. Pat always keeps me in the loop where I’m at on his schedule and even worked around my schedule on the last roof. Pat’s pricing is very competitive and several times has added items that other companies would have charged extra for. But the best thing I like about Barrett Roofing, I don’t have to yell and scream! See you guys on the next roof project.

Barrett is a great company. They came out to inspect our roof after a hail storm and didn’t just try to sell us a new roof. Another time we had them fix some roof leaks (not from one of their installs) and they did great work. They have superb quality, great communication and very timely. Would highly recommend to my friends and family.

Pat was a pleasure to work with! The sellers had a new roof installed shortly before closing and Pat went out of his way to have the warranty written for our names in case we ever need to transfer it. Very easy to work with, great communication and very knowledgeable and helpful - will recommend to any one needing a new roof. Thanks a bunch Pat!

Barrett Roofing installed a new roof in 2018. Price was extremely competitive. Service was outstanding. Pat provided excellent customer service after the install and is ultra responsive In his communication. Pat recently walked me through a Warranty claim with the Malarkey shingle company. We just installed another new roof, and once again, Pat has exceeded my expectation with his excellent service. 10/10 Highly recommend his services!

Two roof installations over the years with competitive pricing, warranty support, and the kind of follow-through that actually means something is exactly the track record we take pride in. Thanks for the 10/10 and the continued trust, Steve, it means a lot.

I called about potential roof damage from some birds. The inspection was quick, Pat was professional, and my voicemail to inquire about the inspection was returned with a call same day. If we have any issues with our roof in the future we know who to call.

Pat Barrett has installed two roofs for me, both due to hail damage. Pat's service was immediate, he is very reliable, his crews do a highly professional job and are always very clean. Pat takes care of all details with the insurance companies and leaves his customers with no worries, just a perfect new roof. I hope I don't need a new roof in the near future, if I do I will only use Barrett Roofing Services Inc.

Pat and his team at Barrett Roofing Services are true professionals. As a first-time homeowner, I wasn’t sure where to start after a hailstorm hit our home in Morrison, CO, in 2023. After gathering a few quotes from roofers and speaking with my neighbor about her house, she recommended Pat, the owner of Barrett Roofing Services. From the moment we connected, Pat was straightforward, knowledgeable, and to the point. With over 20 years of experience in roofing and working with insurance companies, his expertise was evident. He guided me through the process with ease and ensured everything was handled smoothly. I would highly recommend Pat and his team to any of my neighbors in need of a new roof or a replacement. Pat is someone who truly values hard work—a quality that’s rare to find these days. If I could give ten stars, I absolutely would!”
