Great buildings, the best customer service, prices cant be beat,all the employees go above and beyond to help their customers. This place is overall the best place to get your outdoor buildings rather it is a wooden shed, metal carport or garage, greenhouse, chicken coop, animal shelter, cabana, or even a dog kennel. They have 3 locations in Brunswick County which makes it super convenient for customers. If you are in Leland go Visit Kristian, Winnabow is Dawn, Ocean Isle Beach is Rick, and Mary works all 3 locations. They are absolutely the best in their business! Dawn the office manager will ensure along with Casey the delivery driver that the delivery of your building will go smooth without any issues. I cant say enough greats things about the team at Backyard Barns and Beyond.

Couldn't be happier with the beautiful shed we bought from them and the customer service they gave before, during and after the purchase!! They were great at answering my questions before I came to see the shed in person. Once I was ready to buy, they were extremely nice and helpful during the purchasing process. We had to buy this shed a month before we actually needed it. When it came to the delivery, they called in advance to confirm the best time, showed up when they said they would, and placed/leveled it quickly. Lastly, they were great afterwards as well. I was impressed that the person who sold the unit to me (Kristian) called afterwards to make sure everything went well. Top notch stuff from top to bottom!

I have had my storage building for over a year now. I wanted to see if there would be any problems with it over a period of time. I have to say, I am totally satisfied with the whole process of buying this building. Mary was my salesperson. She was very professional. She was very patient with me and made suggestions that I found very helpful. I did not feel pressured at all while looking and deciding. The building was delivered right on time. The man that delivered it did a great job of setting it up. I am very satisfied with the craftsmanship. If I had to do it all again, I would not go anywhere else but Backyard Barns and Beyond. Had a great experience at Backyard Barns in Leland on 74! We went looking for a shed for the backyard, and Kristian came out to meet us, asked what we might be looking for, gave us recommendations, and left us to look around ourselves (very important to me). After looking we went inside and she went through all the details, showed us how to build what we want custom made online, gave us a brochure, and answered all our questions. A great experience! Once we decided what we wanted, we went back and ordered with her instead of online, as there were a few changes we needed and some more questions answered. She was extremely kind and helpful and patient with us. We got our shed ordered, and now we wait for build and delivery. Will update once it arrives, but so far, we are definitely pleased and will use them again in the future if needed. Thank you, Kristian!
Update: the shed was delivered and set up perfectly, even arriving earlier than promised! It is perfect! 100% great service from start to finish! Thanks again!
