If you have a vw, audi vehicle, this is the only place to bring your vehicle to. Phil and his team (Steve and Ben) do an amazing job of looking after the health of your car. A great sign of why they do a good job is how they treat their customers and look after their own workshop. Their workshop is cleaner than most homes. Haha.
What Autobahn Diagnostics offers is genuine and fair treatment of customers that I never experience elsewhere in my 20 years of driving. After you visit them, you wont sent your vehicle anywhere else. Thanks guys for helping out with my tiguan even when it was a Friday late afternoon.
Autobahn has serviced and maintained my Audi RSQ3 for the last four years and kept it running like new. Their honesty and quality of workmanship has been fantastic - and their pricing very reasonable! These guys are enthusiasts and their passion shines through in their communication, workmanship and customer service. I count myself lucky to have found technicians and mechanics this good to look after my car!
I recently had an issue with my Audi thet my previous mechanic wasn’t able to diagnose nor attempt to fix for weeks. What a delight to speak to Phil who took ownership immediately to assess the problem, order parts and complete the job in 1 day. The professionalism, workmanship and follow up was simply outstanding. I had a really excellent experience with Phil and the team. I bought a car from overseas. Phil did a through pre sales inspection that gave me confidence in buying sight unseen. He then went above and beyond storing the car for a few days whilst undertaking some maintenance work before handing it over to me. Highly recommended.
My mechanic recommended Autobahn as he couldn't do the work required himself (DSG oil change and drive/timing belts).
Philip responded promptly to my enquiries with details/quote and the car was booked in within a couple of weeks.

Absolute legends. I called to asked about a pre-purchase inspection for a 2017 b9 s4. They told me to really reconsider as there may be issues with cam followers specific to that year. Referred to their instagram post and really gave good advice. Really appreciate going out of their own way to help. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy!!

From the first call to Philip to discuss my warning light issue through to the repair and collection of the car from repair.
