Tracy is very knowledgeable about estate and elder law. She takes the time to explain which documents are best according to the law and your individual needs. She filed a transfer upon death deed document for us. Then when a title company tried to argue the validity of the original deed, she swooped in and proved/explained the court order by the court to the title company. I really appreciated that in a very stressful time. I recommend using Tracy and Willi Law Firm.

Glad I could help. The revocable transfer on death deed was a good solution for this case. It works well to transfer property in certain circumstances. I just had to show that the property was properly titled in that person's name in the first place so that the RTODD from that person to the next was effective.
