The amenities are brand new and kept clean, staff is super friendly and helpful, and so far I’ve only had a great experience with this storage space.
They're the most competitive of all storage units I've inquired. They're quick to follow up and clarify any questions you have. I'd def recommend them to anyone who is looking for storage units.
I moved my storage to Attic Bermondsey in October after my previous provider kept putting up the price for existing customers. Attic's offer for a 12-month prepay was much better value, and the team were helpful from the first call.
At the site visit, James spotted that the unit I'd reserved was on the second floor and the lifts wouldn't take my sofa and dining table, so he offered me a larger ground-floor unit for the same price. That saved me a real headache on moving day.
I asked a lot of questions before paying, and I wanted everything in writing. Karl, the store manager, sent me a full itemised costing for the year, explained how the discount and free weeks work, and let me pick the start date to match my move. Check-in was done online beforehand, access is through the app with no padlock needed, and the site is clean, modern and easy to get a van into.
My only suggestion would be to have the full terms and the prepay breakdown ready to send by email up front, rather than asking people to commit on the day. Once I had that, it was a smooth and straightforward switch, and I'd recommend Attic Bermondsey.
