I hired a small unit when my house was having a renovation. Everything is operated from an App that you put on your phone.
The Reception staff are very helpful - if you have any issues with the app and they will sort it if you're not IT savvy (like me!).
The App opens the entry gates if they're locked out of the hours (you don't need to get out of your car, just point your phone at the gate). It also operates the lifts and the the door to the storage unit, it's all very easy, no keys or locks involved and you can go 24/7. I'd definitely use Attic again.
