John and Frank were amazing to deal with, know their stuff and are just top blokes.
The biggest difference is that they aren't trying to sell you a car, they want to help you buy one. After way too many salesman trying to push me into a car I didn't want, John actually told my wife and I, "Go home, do your research and make sure it's actually the car you want."
Pricing was fair but firm, and trade in pricing was transparent. Buying a used car can be an absolute minefield, so it was refreshing to have genuinely helpful guys.
Frank was extremely helpful all the way through the purchase process and his passion for cars is so clear. Con is a top tier mechanic so you can be assured that any car from here is quality.
They don't have the largest range of family cars as they mainly focus on commerical, but if they have the car you're after, why go anywhere else?
They where very friendly and not pushy at all.. I felt that it was like a family business and old fashioned values.. it not a place for $5k cars.. so if you are looking for cheap low end cars not the place to go.. they have higher quality cars with low kilometers in them .. would recommend to people who want a more upper quality car
