Annamaria è stata meravigliosa, super competente e iper disponibile. Con il suo aiuto siamo riusciti ad importare da Roma in Australia i 3 membri pelosi della nostra tribù (2 gatti e un cane). Si tratta di una procedura complessa e di precisione e non potevamo rivolgerci a persona migliore. Consigliatissima!

Abbiamo conosciuto Annamaria di AM Pet Movers a gennaio 2025 e da quel momento è stata al nostro fianco in ogni passo della relocation del nostro Maui dall’Italia all’Australia. Dopo tanti mesi di attesa e pensieri (non nego che per noi sia stato un periodo molto stressante!), il 22 settembre finalmente abbiamo potuto riabbracciarlo al centro di quarantena vicino Melbourne. Annamaria è stata davvero fantastica: sempre disponibile, chiara e super professionale, ci ha spiegato con pazienza ogni dettaglio della procedura, senza mai nascondere le tempistiche e le possibili difficoltà. Ma soprattutto ci ha supportato anche sul piano umano: sempre pronta a rispondere a chiamate e messaggi, a darci una mano quando c’erano problemi, a rassicurarci quando l’ansia saliva. Si è presa cura di Maui come se fosse il suo cane: lo ha seguito in tutto il percorso e lo ha persino accompagnato personalmente all’aeroporto, visto che noi eravamo già in Australia. Per noi questo gesto ha significato tantissimo. Portare un animale dall’altra parte del mondo è complicato e pieno di pensieri, ma con Anna Maria al nostro fianco ci siamo sempre sentiti in mani sicure. Se dovete affrontare un viaggio simile col vostro amico a quattro zampe, vi consigliamo AM Pet Movers a occhi chiusi. Annamaria non è solo una professionista impeccabile, è anche una persona speciale. As it was my first time to travel/move a pet via airplane I was very worried. We’re so thankful we found Annamaria at AM Pet Movers to help relocate our miniature schnauzer, Smokey, from Rome to our onward international travel. From the first day I reached out to her, she was incredibly kind, responsive, and super knowledgeable—I had a ton of questions especially on the complex international pet clearance process and she walked me through each one. When I had trouble obtaining the right pet travel kennel, she helped find the right size kennel and brought it over to our home for a meet and greet with Smokey, subsequently taking care and managed all the logistics with the airlines, including a possible schedule issue. On the day of travel everything went smoothly, Smokey arrived safe and happy. We received lots of photos along the way and truly felt comforted Smokey was in good hands and taken care of. Annamaria’s love for what she does truly shows—I'm incredibly grateful to her and all she did to help us during our big travel day, we couldn’t have done it without her.

Ho conosciuto Annamaria quando mi sono trasferta in Australia con il mio barboncino, dopo solo un anno e mezzo per motivi personali io e il mio barboncino siamo rientrati in Italia e ovviamente mi sono rivolta nuovamente a lei per il rientro di Tatu... Certo, la paura è tanta poichè il viaggio è lungo, lo stress è molto...ma Annamaria sa gestire tutta la situazione...per non parlare della sua disponibilità e reperibilità anche nei giorni festivi ma soprattutto notturni, visto il fuso orario. Tatu non farà mai più un trasferimento così lontano, ma nel caso fosse stato il contrario mi rivolgerei esclusivamente a lei! Vi assicuro che non ve ne pentirete! Io non smetterò MAI di ringraziarla! Annamaria was so helpful in getting my dog moved from Italy to America. She helped us get what documents were needed and organized the travel plans including the proper crate. It went much smoother than I had anticipated. My dog was taken care of and we received photo updates during her travel which really helped the stress of it all.

Apollo, Il mio cane di 7 mesi, ha viaggiato da Arezzo a Los Angeles ed Annamaria ha seguito meticolosamente tutti i dettagli del viaggio, prima della partenza dall’Italia e dopo l’arrivo a Los Angeles. Mi ha costantemente tenuta aggiornata mandandomi foto e video, aggiornamenti sul volo, ecc.
