I had a wonderful experience with AlphaGraphics. Leslie helped me scan my artwork at the very last minute, and I truly can’t thank her enough. They were responsive, professional, and incredibly accommodating under a tight timeline. The quality of the scans was excellent — they captured the details and colors of my work beautifully. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality art scanning and outstanding customer service.

What a lifesaver. I was trying to get a project printed and was having a hard time with other local vendors and was worried what I would get online. AG came through. They were willing to talk me through everything on the phone and extremely responsive. This will be my go to printer for future projects.

Not only did they do an amazing job with my daughters birthday display, they also customized the cutest invitation that I received multiple compliments on. They kept me up to date on the progress of my project and had it completed well in advance of the party. They have friendly staff and took very good care of us. I will definitely use them again. Great to work with!!

Great phone customer service. But poor execution. I asked for a price quote for skin care labels and two weeks later there’s still no information to be given. Rome, I wouldn’t leave a review, but I feel like I wasted my time I could’ve worked with another company and probably had my label was returned to me by now

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While we’re glad to hear you had a positive experience on the phone, we’re truly sorry to learn that the follow-up and execution on your quote request fell short. That’s not the level of service we aim to provide, and we understand your frustration—especially when you're working on something as important as your product labels. We take your comments seriously and will be reviewing what happened on our end to ensure we improve our responsiveness moving forward. If you're open to giving us another chance, we’d love the opportunity to make it right.

Sam, I have been very pleased with all of the time you have spent working with me on my printing projects and the quality of the printing you have provided. I came with an unusual request for mounting my artwork and you and your staff were kind enough to explore different solutions to get me just what I needed, adjusting the cost both up and down to reflect the actual printing. I hope to continue our relationship in the future. Thank you!
