Our family was starting to outgrow the original floorplan in our home and we needed to revitalize our basement and add some storage. The Alpha Elite team did an incredible job reinforcing and flooring the attic over our garage and transforming the unfinished space in our basement to add a perfect home office / project space. Tracey and his crew were extremely polite and professional. They were responsive to any concerns we had and always went the extra mile to ensure that we were completely happy with every part of the job. Wow!!! Thank you for that. From doing the first project in 2024 to finishing up the latest one recently we have grown close. We always try our very best to treat each home like its our very own. Thats actually one of the first things I remember you saying to me was "thank you for treating our home with respect ". Throughout these builds we learned alot about eachother and shares some pretty special moments that i will cherish. We are very pleased with the outcome of our kitchen addition in the walkout basement. Turned a blank storage space into a 365 square foot BEAUTIFUL kitchen.

This project was so much fun to work on. It was a challenge that we were definitely up to take on. As you know this project was one of a kind with very stringent guidelines set by the historical society, all the way down to the measurements not just the look. We managed to recreate this historic brick mold trim not only on the flat areas but the arches also. We managed to take raw stock wood, knowledge, hand tools, and make this beautiful piece of history come back to life. Loved this challenge and will always rise to the occasion. Wow, Tracey Miller and his construction crew are a professional group. They just finished the job of siding my house with James Hardie siding. I was present while they were working and I had many questions because construction was not my profession. The crew answered my questions without being condescending, and I believe they were genuinely pleased that I was interested in what they were doing. It's nice to watch craftsmen put a lot of love in their work. Precision at it's finest! Tracey, hats off to you and your crew for your great workmanship.
