⚠️ Extremely Disappointing Experience — Money Not Refunded for Over 5 Months
⚠️ WARNING — Please Read Before Ordering from Allschoolabs
I strongly recommend that anyone considering ordering from Allschoolabs read my experience before sending them any money.
I suffer from alopecia, and at the time I was going through very difficult financial circumstances. I only had around $110, and I desperately needed Baricitinib to help control the spread of my alopecia.
After searching everywhere, I finally found the medication listed on Allschoolabs. I was relieved and thought I had finally found what I needed. I immediately placed an order for several packages and paid for it.
Unfortunately, my order was delayed. When I contacted customer support and provided my order number, they told me that the medication was currently unavailable.
I immediately requested a refund and explained to them that I was experiencing serious financial difficulties and urgently needed my money back. However, they refused to refund my money and did not provide me with a suitable alternative.
After that, they stopped responding to my emails and messages.
Because I was extremely frustrated, I wrote a negative review warning other people about my experience.
Then something very disappointing happened.
The very next day, someone from their support team contacted me and asked me to delete my negative review. They told me not to worry and promised that my problem would be resolved and that my money would be refunded.
I trusted them and deleted my review in good faith because I believed they were genuinely going to resolve the situation.
Unfortunately, after I deleted the review, they did not refund my money, did not resolve my problem, and stopped responding to me again.
It has now been more than five months, and I am still waiting for my money with no proper solution or response.
What hurts the most is that this was not just an ordinary purchase for me. I was struggling financially, I needed the money, and I was searching for medication because of a condition that was affecting me. I trusted this company, and I feel completely let down by the way my case was handled.
I am sharing this review again because I do not want anyone else to go through what I went through.
Please be extremely careful before ordering from this company. Make sure the product is actually available, carefully check their refund policy, and keep screenshots of your payment, order information, and all conversations with customer support.
This is my personal experience, and I am sharing it so other customers can make an informed decision before spending their money.
I sincerely hope Allschoolabs eventually resolves my case and returns my money, but until that happens, I feel it is important to warn others about what happened to me.
