Based on reviews on Google I used Albion Property Services for repairs and adjustments needed to 3 doors and 6 windows. This involved replacing seals, hinges, handles and one glazed unit, as well as some necessary adjustments. Lee was quick to respond to my intial enquiry and visited soon after to look at the jobs/work. His quote was sent the next day. I'm very pleased with the work, which has clearly put right all of the problems. All now open smoothly and shut properly. Whilst I didn't get any other quotes, I thought the price was reasonable. Lee used WhatsApp for messaging and that worked well. I have no hesitation in recommending Lee and Albion Property Services and would definitely use them again in future.

Albion Property Services have taken care of two jobs for us this year - taking out and refitting an improperly fitted window in one bedroom, and replacing a cracked inner pane in another. Both jobs were carried out efficiently and to a very high standard. Lee came across as both knowledgeable and friendly when he came to quote for the original job, and he did a great job explaining the possible causes of the problems we were experiencing. The job itself was being done in tandem with a roofing job we'd booked in with another contractor, and needed to share the same scaffold - Lee was very professional and flexible with working around this, including rearranging the date for his job by a few days when weather conditions forced a slight delay on the roofing job. During the job itself, he took time to explain things and take us through what he'd found when removing the window, so we felt we had a full and clear picture of what was happening from start to finish. As the original window turned out to have been fitted incorrectly, a very small amount of additional work was required compared to what had originally been quoted - however, Lee explained very clearly what this was and why it was necessary, made sure that we knew the exact additional cost (which itself was minimal) and were happy for him to proceed, and was able to carry out the required additional work with materials he already had with him on the day. For the second job, we returned from a holiday to find the inner pane of one of our upstairs windows had cracked. Lee fitted our job in admirably quickly and ensured that the replacement glass was ordered and delivered as quickly as possible, and the job was carried out quickly and efficiently on the day. All in all, we received great service in both instances, and wouldn't hesitate to use Albion Property Services again for any future jobs of this nature. Definitely recommended!

I recently had new doors fitted and couldn't be happier with the experience. The service was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Tailored exactly to what I wanted, and carried out with great attention to detail. Lee was incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about his work. The quality of the doors and the fitting exceeded my expectations. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a competitive price but really high standard and a personal touch.

Fantastic job done by Lee and his team! Great to support a local business. New front door and frame was superficially the same as the old one but in fact is a significant upgrade in quality, sturdiness, fit, finishing, sealing etc. It looks brilliant and is such a snug fit. Lee is super-responsive from the first enquiry and the attention to detail and workmanship is first class. I could not recommend him and his team more highly.
