Absolutely great service. Taxi driver had to wait quite a while because of long queues at Passport Control. Safe driving to and from the hotel and no problem when we had to change time for transport back to the Airport after our short break.
The round trip was very reasonably priced. In fact we would not hesitate to use Airport Taxi Transfers in the future.

We had booked a ride to get us to the airport for our 9 am flight. The driver called me the night before and advised an earlier pickup based on typically how busy LIS is at that time in the AM. Boy, was he right! So grateful for the warning and the extra time!!
I am writing this review regarding our airport transfer from Lanzarote Airport to our hotel.
Although our flight departed London Luton 30 minutes later than scheduled, it still landed on time. However, upon arrival in Lanzarote, we experienced significant delays at immigration due to the new EU passport control system and the start of the school holidays. The queue was exceptionally long, and it took approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes to clear customs.
During this time, the driver attempted to call me, but due to poor signal inside the terminal, I missed the call. As soon as I regained signal, I immediately returned the call but received no response. I also sent a WhatsApp message explaining our situation and advising that we expected to be out within 30 minutes. This message was ignored.
When we finally exited into arrivals, the driver was not present. I attempted to call again, but my call was ignored. I then contacted your head office, where my calls were also initially ignored. I eventually received a WhatsApp message stating that the driver had only waited one hour and had already left. I was simply told to go outside and take a taxi, after which my further questions were ignored.
This situation was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The delay at immigration was completely beyond our control, and I made reasonable efforts to communicate with your driver. Being left stranded at the airport with no assistance and no proper communication is not the level of service we expected.
I have sent this complaint to the company over three weeks ago and they have still not responded. I also sent another email two days ago asking for an update and I have still not received any communication from them. I would avoid using this service. They clearly don’t care about there customers.
This is the best service ever ! I have used them during the summer in Europe too, there are there in time very professional and friendly. Will use them all the time.

Der Fahrer war sogar etwas früher da, hat auf uns gewartet und uns zusätzlich per WhatsApp informiert. Alles verlief pünktlich, zuverlässig und völlig unkompliziert. Der Transfer vom Hotel zum Flughafen hat hervorragend funktioniert. Wir können den Service gerne weiterempfehlen und würden ihn jederzeit wieder buchen.

So glad I booked this company to help me get from and to the airport. It was stressful arriving and having to wait two hours in the passport line, but the driver waited for me, which made such a difference.
You must be aware when using ATT, you are using two service providers: a service broker and a service provider. We have had two completely opposite experiences. In London, the driver was great and car was excellent; in Paris the driver never showed and left us stranded. So communicate with the driver as early as possible and often. The front end reservation system is smooth and easy to use and gives you a very good feeling that your ride is secure and in good hands. However, this front end broker then passes your ride along to the driver, service provider. This is the person you must communicate with ASAP and keep communicating right up to pick up time.
