I would like to commend Advance Car Rental for their reliable, professional and courteous service. I have visited their branch around 6 months ago upon my arrival to Lebanon and was impressed with the courtesy of their young staff, the professional approach, transparency and secure electronic payment channels in a country devastate with a collapsed banking system. Since then, I’ve always booked my car rental through Advance where throughout my 4 rental contracts they delivered the car I chose to the airport upon my arrival and collect it from me before my departure. All 4 cars I have used were delivered in brand new conditions While dealing with the variety of their staff members, booking, follow-up, delivery or collection, the common aspect has always been the best of professionalism, transparency and courtesy. Indeed, Advance is a Lebanese company excelling with international standards and excellence in service; one definitely returning the respect to the Lebanese service industry.

From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Farah from Advance Car reached out a few days before my arrival to confirm my flight details and timing. I was greeted at the arrivals hall by a Sameh who was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. Ahead of the drop-off date, Amir checked-in for drop-off time and location, also offered to meet me in the city, which made the whole process very convenient to us. Communication was smooth and efficient, and the vehicle was in excellent condition with only 1,500 km on the clock. I would definitely use their service again and highly recommend them

We had a wonderful time in Lebanon. Advanced car rental had great services and a great selection of cars and insurances. Quick registration and off you go, traveling around and seeing beautiful scenery. If you happen to get in any trouble they have a 24/7 respond number and help you out. If I ever go back to Lebanon i surely will use their services again.
