I had a frustrating first experience with the printer company. The first technician rushed in, barely cleaned the machine, and left before we could test it. We were stuck without that printer for a few days—though luckily we had backups and a fax machine. Communication was also poor, and nobody followed up when they promised they would. I would need to reach out to get any update really.
Thankfully, a second technician named J.Z. came by later. He actually opened up the printer, found a deeply jammed piece of paper, and fixed it completely. I'd give the overall experience a 4 out of five, losing a star only because of the first technician's poor service, otherwise, J.Z. did a fantastic job.
Jonny was at our site today and fixed out Sharp printer. We been having issues with it and now it's working perfectly. Thank you Jonny!!!!

I purchased an Epson Wide format printer from ADS. I dealt with Harry Pitman. Let me just say, what a wonderful experience it was. Harry was very knowledgeable and responsive to all my questions. I was concerned about how involved the setup might be, but he made it a painless experience. He is without a doubt my go to person for any of my future needs.
I was referred to ADS by a close colleague of mine and I am extremely pleased with the results. I met with Jason and Christina who considered our municipality's staffing and workload prior to our meeting to present the most appropriate and affordable options. We were able to match the correct machine to fit our needs thanks to their guidance and recommendations. Additionally, I would like to highlight Christina's commitment to her customers. After our new machine was installed, there were a few technical bugs that were of no-fault to ADS. As we were in desperate need of toner for an upcoming meeting the following evening, Christina took it upon herself to personally deliver a new toner kit. Her level of dedication and professionalism went above and beyond regular customer service. We at North Hanover Township look forward to working with Jason, Christina and the rest of the team at ADS for many more years to come.
I can confidently say that working with Harry Pitman and Alyssa Olechiw has always been a low pressure, intelligent experience for me over several years. I highly recommend them!
We recently switched to ADS to replace our current printers - we had been purchasing our own printers and ink for years, but found that it just became too costly. ADS came in and gave advice on what machine would fit our small business needs. We bought our printer outright, and maintain a monthly contract with them. The process from signing our contract with Alyssa to installation of our printer by Kevin, was quick and seamless. We have had no issues since then, but Alyssa still calls regularly just to check in and make sure that everything is going well, which is greatly appreciated. We would definitely recommend ADS for any business needs!
ADS is an awesome company to work with, especially their representatives Alyssa Hackelberg-Olechiw and Courtney Heller. They are so friendly and responsive, it's a pleasure doing business with them.

Very professional and fair. When a service call is needed, they respond quickly. If parts are needed, they are very fast at fulfilling the order, so we are up and running. When you need a new machine, they analyze what is needed and recommend the proper machine, without overselling.

ADS is a fair and honest company, which is not always the case. The school I work for, Holy Cross Early Learning Center in Mahwah NJ, had a VERY bad experience with a copier/office service company. The salesperson I dealt with at ADS was Harold Pitman, he was amazing in helping the school out of an awful situation. He continues to be a great support to us always offering help when needed. ADS as a whole is wonderful and I highly recommend. Mr. Pittman is an honest man who will always look out for his customers!
