The online experience with Ada was absolutely flawless. Sara helped me from the start with incredible communication through email from first inquiry to the ring being shipped to me in Texas. I was able to make any and all customized decisions and provided multiple renderings of different options as well as videos/photos of different diamond options and just truthfully made the experience worth the premium. Now these are at a premium for lab grown diamonds, but in my experience it was worth the extra cost to customize and Taylor exactly what I imagined for my finance and the quality of the diamond itself and ring is absolutely stunning. We had even gone into a Zales after the proposal to properly size my fiancées finger because the ring was slightly too big and the concierge cleaned it for free and took it under a microscope and she was even amazed at how many facets our chosen diamond had and clarity compared to what they normally get shipped in. Again, you are paying 2x what you can get just anywhere, but the value comes into a truly one of a kind quality piece and the one on one experience I likely wouldn’t have gotten anywhere else. I cannot recommend ADA enough for an engagement ring.

It's been 5 months since I walked out of Ada Diamonds with a ring to give to my NOW fiance'. YES, she said yes to me and the ring, but who knows maybe she wouldn't have without the professional help from Marisa, Sara and the entire Ada Diamonds team! Our experience with Ada was fantastic! My husband asked me to pick out a pair of earrings for our 10th anniversary, and after narrowing it down to two options I emailed Ada with a few questions. Sara was so responsive and helpful! Our order was small as far as diamonds go, but it was a big deal for us, and she treated us with the same respect and attention to detail I'm sure she gives to much larger orders. Highly recommend working with Sara with no H at ADA Diamonds! I had this beautiful custom petite east west emerald ring made and diamond band made. My platinum band is also from ADA. Sara very knowledgeable and communicative. The pre-design and post-production media made me confident that the ring was what I wanted before it being made. We had such a great experience working with Teresa at Ada Diamonds to pick the perfect engagement ring for my fiancée! Prior to landing at Ada we had done a lot of searching at other well rated jewelers in NYC, and we saw many lab round diamonds that were graded really highly across the 4 C's, but in person we found them to be somewhat underwhelming. When we came across Ada via Reddit (their founder is very active there, u/LindsayAtAdaDiamonds/), we were intrigued at their claims of knowing how to filter between cheap, grey, cloudy labs made with rushed processes (but that still technically get graded high on 4 C's) and actual good looking labs, so we decided to give them a chance. It turns out that it wasn't just marketing! Our "Diamond Concierge" Teresa noted down that we had seen some "sad" round diamonds prior to coming to Ada, and when she came back with some stones to show us, we were blown away by the difference. One of them in particular really sparkled the whole rainbow just like you'd expect it to, and so that's the one we chose. After we picked out the stone, Teresa was super accommodating in working with us to customize my partner's ideal setting. Communication was always super prompt and informative the whole way along, and Teresa was *never* pushy with us, which we did feel from other places we had visited. In the end my partner ended up loving her ring, and there's nothing we would change about it, which is a huge sense of comfort for this large and long term of a purchase. It's worth noting that we did admittedly feel that Ada charges a slight premium over competitors for the similarly graded stones and setting, but we feel strongly that the difference in quality control of the stones as well as the level of service made that premium worth it for us. Thank you so much Teresa and the rest of the Ada Diamonds team for helping us find the perfect ring! We highly recommend coming here if you want a minimally stressful, maximally blown-away-by-beautiful-diamonds ring shopping experience! :)
