Best moving company I’ve ever had the pleasure doing business with. I highly recommend this moving company. The crew sent to move my belongings took extra care wrapping, loading and unloading, setting this up and placing where I asked. I truly was so impressed with everything they did for my family.
Mason Movers recently had an employee distributing flyers in my neighborhood, and the conduct I witnessed was both highly unprofessional and alarming. The employee appeared to struggle to place a flyer on my door, and then chose to wedge it into the crack of my front door. This caused my dogs to bark, at which point the individual proceeded to repeatedly try my door handle, appearing to test whether the door would open. As a woman who was home alone at the time, this was extremely unsettling and wholly unacceptable behavior.
After waiting until I felt it was safe, I retrieved the flyer and called the number listed to report the incident and speak with a manager. The employee who answered hung up on me the moment I requested a supervisor. When I called back, my call was sent directly to voicemail.
Although I have never been a customer of Mason Movers, I can confidently state that I will never use this company after this experience. I will also be informing my neighbors of this disturbing incident so they can be aware of the behavior displayed by your representatives.
The same 3 guys moved us from Forney, TX to San Marcos and they put our things in storage. When they went to move all of our things out of storage, NOTHING was damaged and when they went to move my Sleep Number Split King bed base into the home, they got it all the way into the bedroom and went to turn it and cracked it right down the middle. The bed is non operable and when we did the claim, they came back and said that they were not responsible for the damages. They initially were charging us $75 to take down and set the bed back up. Well, when we went to sign the last form, there was no charge for the bed and the gentlemen went outside to make a phone call after noticing that they all damaged the bed and couldn't put it back together without asking my husband how they took it apart. Once they were able to get the bed together, they had a hard time getting getting it to work. Now that the bed is together, it does not work and I've had spinal surgery and my bed is not functional. I have been emailing and calling and no response. This bed was not cheap and now I have to live without having a sleep number bed because I refuse to pay over $6000 for another one that was only 5 years old. I even went as far as given each person a cash tip of $50 and should not have given them that because I don't know what was said when the gentlemen went outside but I am sure that they did everything to cover themselves. Not to mention the damage caused on my washer/dryer which was not even a year old and my dining table. Those items I not to concerned about but my bed is a different story. Shame on this company for not replying to my emails and not answering the phone!!! #VERYDISAPPOINTED
I got the 3 man creo. They were amazing. We're so fast. Careful. Very efficient. Very happy about their service. Prices worked Very well. I will use them only forever!! I am sharing my wonderful experience with all my friends and family as well as my social media sites. Thank you A B!!! Blanca C.
DO NOT RECOMMEND—Nice Guys but High Cost and Damaged Items

Packers worked well and quickly but did pack some stuff we had asked them not to.
They wrapped EVERYTHING in plastic, some of it unnecessarily, and we were charged for the material.
The movers worked a little slowly, and of course the rate is hourly.
Several damaged items—we find more every day that we unpack—and the reimbursement policy is so meager that it really isn’t worth filing a claim. Some storage was shattered, wooden furniture was gouged, and the walls in the new home were scratched by their dollies.
Total cost was well over the estimate.
OVERALL, it was nice for someone to do these tasks because I am not able to, but for $3K+ for an in-town move, it could have been better.
