We’ve worked with 3MC for many years now and honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
Over that time they’ve arranged countless mortgages for us across our property portfolio, and the service has been consistently outstanding. A special mention has to go to Jason Slicker and Sally, who have both been exceptional. Before Sally, Alex looked after us and was equally fantastic.

Great service, handled all aspects of my BTL remortgage very quickly and kept me informed. I signed and agreed to a new deal and 3mc kept an eye on the market and a couple of days before my new rate to effect they adviced me they could do better so completed the process a sceond time saving me money which chaging a second admin fee. Can't argue with that service.

3mc have now dealt with a couple of mortgages for me, one Ltd co and one personal BTL. I have to say the service received from Kendall, Izzy and the rest of the team has been nothing but outstanding.
Once they have secured a rate for you, if a better rate comes along before completion, they are happy to submit an amended application to secure something which can potentially save you a few pounds per month.
They will also contact you up to 6 months prior to your mortgage deal ending to get the best deal possible before your current mortgage reverts to a standard variable rate.
I would highly recommend 3-mc to friends, family and other BTL and Limited Company landlords.

I would definitely recommend 3mc mortgage brokers as I found their services outstanding. I had no idea what I was doing and Jason and Sally were nothing but professional and very patient. Unfortunately I’m not IT savvy which didn’t help!
