Intimidating. We had to get police involvement. The plumber refused to leave our property until he was paid - this was very intimidating for our family. We had to call the police to get rid of him as he was refusing to leave and acting in a scary and angry manner. However, this came from top management who insisted over the phone that we paid on the spot - most unusual and aggressive. Our bill was also horrendous for (700 quid for a 10 minute job - an emergency, but nonetheless very expensive...).

I found this plumbing service during an emergency and via google search when I contacted them with my enquiry their professional and helpful approach over the phone exceeded my expectation and resolved the plumbing issue in my flat (as it was a simple fix, that needed a plumbing guidance to fix and they were kind enough to provide that help ) they are clearly a business whose practice is based on integrity and trust.
