Terrible experience with a pair of “custom” gloves I ordered through them to match my wedding dress. Wedding 1/10. Ordered in early August, drove from Boston to NYC to try on the first pair in late October, were completely wrong had a random zipper and no thumb hole, even after pulling up the email with exact pictures and video of the gloves I wanted they said the pictures were “unclear”. They told me who ever measured my arms were wrong and didn’t know what they were doing. They offered to re order for free (I paid almost 1000$ for the gloves and now have traveled back and forth to NYC from Boston Twice) came back 12/16 to get them, still wrong too big and too long. They then informed me that even though I paid for “custom” gloves I would still need to pay for alterations because the gloves were just made to the measurement of my biceps, so did not fit my wrist or any other part of my arm and were about 1/2 inch too big around my biceps and about an 2 1/2 inches too long. They don’t understand the difference between special order item and custom item and refused to offer any help but offer to refer me to their seamstress for a price.
