Exceptional service despite challenges
We were looking to buy a hot tub, and everything went smoothly until we discovered it couldn’t fit through the entry to our back garden. Sam went above and beyond to assist, but we couldn’t resolve the issue and had to cancel. Despite this, the communication was excellent, and we received a speedy refund. Highly recommend them for their professionalism!

Great service
I had an issue with my hot tub and loss of power. First class help from Sam who directed me to log into my account as I’ve got the warranty and log a ticket. He responded really quickly with all of my questions. As it happened it was just a fuse issue which I managed to resolve.
Sam called me straight back on the back of my WhatsApp message and was extremely helpful staying past his work hours to help me out. Great service so far.

We’ve just had our hot tub installed and it looks great. We were lucky enough to have an upgrade on our heat pump which was a lovely surprise. Not the best weather at the moment but it didn’t stop my wife trying it out which she loved. Thanks again Sam for all you’ve done.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Absolutely diabolical installation, no end of problems with the unit and appalling customer service. PLEASE read the negative reviews as they are ALL valid and I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. Unit still not working after over 12 months!!!

Absolutely useless company if you purchase used units from them. Mine came and took close to 6 months and several 'engineer' visits and they still couldn't get it working. In the end hired a local company to resolve and provide an inspection report and was fixed straight away diagnosing several installation issues. Utterly crap customer service. Unit is still faulty after 12 months.

New hot tub purchase.
Sam was really helpful with some very good advice on the purchase of our first hot tub. We are looking forward to having this installed. So far so good with this company and I'm so glad I chose them for our hot tub.
Enjoying the hot tub experience
The experience of a hot tub was all new to me, luckily I had my brother in law to help guide me…..the experience of ordering the tub was quite easy…Sam was answering my messages very quickly and answering all my questions.
My only criticism was the fact my hot tub turned up at 9pm and the weather was windy raining and cold….it was only when they turned up that they said I’ve got to pay in full before they could remove the tub from the back of the vehicle….very very reluctantly I paid…not knowing if the tub worked or if there was any damage to it…being dark I couldn’t really tell..
Give the guys their due in the rain they got the tub in and started to get the electrics all wired up and started to fill the tub…
I felt a bit vulnerable as I was here on my own although Sam or the delivery guys didn’t know this….but I was still a bit uneasy as it wasent until about 10.30pm they had finished…
The guy doing the electrics didn’t speak at all they were both offered a cup of tea or coffee to which I made and the electrics guy didn’t drink his not a problem but why say yes to a cup.
I felt the other guy (sorry forgotten his name) seems to be rushing in telling me how the tub worked as they then had a 4 hour journey back…
Now the hot tub is in and is working as it should I have my brother in law come over he checks it for me and puts chlorine crystals in and dips the water
I would happy recommend this company as Sam was very good at explaining ….although I don’t think they should be delivery at 9pm in the dark and then have to do electrics…9pm in summer months is fine as it’s still light
I am very much enjoying the hot tub…I find it very relaxing
I’m now enjoying the hot tub….the different coloured lights and speakers to which I can play my music

The whole experience was absolutely excellent, Sam was extremely patient, explained the whole process from start to finish and was always available and happy to provide support, even when we had questions months after buying our hot tub.
The delivery guys were also excellent, great communication and made sure we were happy before running through a full checklist to ensure we fully understood everything about how our hot tub worked.
