Wonderful to see all the work they do, the food is good and many options for vegans. A great way to spend a few hours and your money helping a great cause.

Disgusting
Went today and saw the lovely animals, shame the staff in the shop weren't lovely.
Went into the gift shop and got the lights turned off on me and my family, picked our teddies and went to pay, staff member said he turned the till off whilst we were still in the gift shop!
Could've gotten told that we wouldn't of been able to pay for our things, I had to PULL a little bunny teddy out of my 7 month olds hands because we weren't able to pay for it
Actually hurt my heart to see her so upset, what a wonderful trip out for my first ever Mother's day!!
Gross service.

Very rude and woke services. They were so eager to leave. No one told us they were closing and left us browsing in the gift shop then turned the lights off on us. Leaving us in the dark then we had to put all the stuff back and they turned us away from paying. Went away having to take a teddy away from a infant who started crying as they were sad and wondering why we had to take the teddy back from them. Horrible service...

Booked a Tiger Feed experience as a gift. Karen the zoo keeper was amazing, very knowledgeable, told us about all the other cats at the sanctuary and clearly loves them. Experience was great!

I absolutely love this place. It is a sanctuary. It isn’t a zoo. The animals don’t pace. There’s a lovely atmosphere with the animals looking very relaxed. Absolutely love it!!!! I highly recommend that you go and see all of the animals!!! New rescue bears coming soon too!!!

These animals are loved, you can tell by the way they play, move, or just lie there, eyes closed, faces pointing towards the sun

Bring back cows milk
Animals were great to see but the cafe was a disappointment. Can only have oat milk. Have you ever read the ingredients on oat milk. Full of additives and tastes nasty

Small in size... Not a great deal to do or many animals, however good to know that they are being looked after

The zoo on the Isle of Wight was a great experience! The highlight was definitely the tigers, which were absolutely magnificent to watch. The enclosures seemed well-maintained, and the animals appeared well-cared for. It's a fantastic place for families and animal lovers. Highly recommend for a fun and memorable day out!

A delightful and insightful way to view animals in their safe & secure forever homes
Immaculately kept throughout, wonderful children’s play area, great signage and cosy cafe. I haven’t visited for a few years and it’s wonderful to see all of the continuous improvements. A new bridge for the tigers in the original forever home space next to Casper & Frosty, the outstanding new forever home for two newer tigers, a new outdoor space for the tortoises, Darwin’s massive new forever home and much much more. A great value day out which can last as long as you want it to.

Great day out
The place is well maintained and the animals are clearly looked after well. There was plenty of information around explaining the conditions the animals were previously in and how they had been rescued and brought to the sanctuary. We listened to a couple of the talks. The keepers know their stuff and clearly cared for the animals.Great day out
