What wonderful service. They made our recent bereavement so much easier to handle with their professionalism, creativity and appropriately pitched sympathy. They're a refreshing break from the glum business of the old-fashioned undertaker, providing a personalised and progressive way to respect and say goodbye to a loved one. Holding a celebration of life at Pembroke Lodge in Richmond Park was a sensitively managed, uplifting and wonderful experience and our celebrant was just perfect, putting in so much careful thought and effort.

There's no way to prepare for the worst time of your life, but Nick, Jacqui and their team at White Rose Funerals made it bearable in a way we didn't think possible. From the first conversation, they treated our dad, and us, as individuals, helping us shape a send-off that felt genuinely his: modern, personal, warm, and free of any unnecessary fuss. Their care went well beyond the funeral itself, checking in on us, and handling the practical side of things with a gentleness that took so much weight off our shoulders. White Rose Modern made the whole experience really straightforward. They were incredibly patient with us, this was a complex family situation and they handled it so well. I highly recommend them. We said what our budget was and we came in on budget. There were no hidden costs. Everything was discussed carefully, music, photos, flowers, etc. On the day of the funeral I felt very supported by them.

The service provided by White Rose was beyond my expectations. They were so kind, so helpful and attentive. They went out of their way to make the whole collection of Mums body, the preparation of the funeral, the printing of the service sheets, the flowers (stunning from Rose and Mary) and the smooth running of the day possible and perfect. They treated Mum with the utmost respect and all the family with genuine compassion. I cannot recommend them more highly in such sad and difficult times.

I can not thank the team at White Rose enough for their support, guidance and kindness during the worst time in mine and my mums lives. We lost my dad in early May, and the team were incredible, navigating death and the processes to follow felt like a mammoth task after losing my dad, but Nick, Jacqui, Sabrina and Claire were amazing. And a big thank you to Rob too. It’s the worse time in your life dealing with losing a loved one, so having the team at White Rose giving us space and time and carefully working with us to get the arrangements in place.
