I’m deeply grateful to have engaged Casket Fairprice during one of the most difficult periods of my life. It felt as though everything had been quietly prepared in advance — just one day before my dad passed, I had started searching for funeral companies and columbariums. When the time came, I had to make decisions very quickly, and I’m truly thankful that I chose them. Every question I had was answered patiently, and they guided me through each step clearly. What stood out the most was their attention to detail. They took care of everything meticulously, ensuring that all arrangements were done properly and respectfully. This allowed my mum and I to focus on grieving and spending time with my dad, without having to worry about the logistics. Thanks to their professionalism and care, the entire funeral process went smoothly, and my mum and I were more than satisfied with how everything was handled. I’m truly grateful for their support, compassion, and dedication. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to help us through this journey.

I’m deeply grateful to Casket FairPrice for taking such good care of my mum’s funeral. We were referred by a medical social worker as one of the more reasonably priced undertakers, and started planning early while my mum was still alert. I’m thankful we could honour her wishes in the way everything was carried out. A big shoutout to our funeral advisor, Yu Ru and her team. Yu Ru’s experience and calm guidance meant a lot to us. When my mum passed in the middle of the night on a weekend, the team responded quickly and arrived within an hour to help with everything. The wake at Tampines Funeral Parlour was beautifully set up, and as a millennials, my siblings and I were unfamiliar with many traditions. Hence, we really appreciated the clear daily guidance from Yu Ru. Everything was well organised, transparent (no hidden charges), and many friends & relatives shared how smoothly it was run. One of the most memorable moments was the farewell ceremony. The emcee was very well-organised, respectful, and empathetic. I deeply appreciated how he encouraged me to deliver my eulogy and reassured me that it was okay to break down. I’m really glad I did, as it became a very precious memory for me. Even after the service, the support continued with reminders for important prayer milestones (49 days, 100 days, 1 year etc) and options for chanting services. Overall: professional, experienced, and genuinely caring. Thank you to Yu Ru and the team during such a difficult time.

We were overwhelmed by the decisions that needed to be made, but Xavier walked us through the entire process with such patience and empathy. We were assigned to Ms Patricia Wu when we called the hotline after my mum passed on on Saturday evening. She met us at NTF hospital within the hr and explained clearly on the packages. She and the staff came to my place after collecting my mum from the mortuary that day so that I don’t have to bring my mum’s clothes for the wake to their office on Sunday morning. It’s really saves my time for other preparations for my mum’s homecoming on Sunday evening. We r glad and grateful for her’s, the other staffs’, shifts’ and emcee’s help and support during the wake and my mum’s final journey. We r also very happy with my mum’s photo. It made her looks so peaceful and beautiful. Thank you very much for making this trying period smoother and easier for us!

My heartfelt thanks to Casket FairPrice, especially Patricia, who patiently guided us through every step from start to finish. She took care of all the administrative and logistical matters, which allowed us to focus on sending off our aunt on her final journey. Ours was quite a complex situation, but Patricia was always understanding and thoughtful in her advice. She gave us the space to make our own decisions, never rushing us, and was consistently responsive throughout. We’re also very grateful to the rest of the team — from Vivien and Patricia, the emcee, the staff who stepped in whenever help was needed, and the uncle who assisted with the collection of the ashes. Every one of them supported us along the way. What stood out most was how respectful and genuine the team was.
