the transition for my mum's next stage of journey went smoothly, with alot of care and efforts taken to ensure thst we were well informed what's going on at all times.

As I had no prior knowledge of what needed to be done, Patricia patiently guided me through the entire arrangement process. She advised me on the minute details, and her clear explanations made my decisions much easier. I am certain my brother would be very happy with how beautifully everything was done.
The setup of the wake was excellent. The mobile toilet was very clean and hygienic, the snacks were good, and the flowers were fresh. Our family and guests were deeply impressed by the arrangements. Even the servers and night watch staff were incredibly attentive and alert. Furthermore, her team guided us through every single step of the prayers, which brought us a lot of comfort.
Throughout the process, Patricia remained patient with our last-minute requests and questions. She took extra effort to ensure I didn’t miss any necessary steps, and I am truly grateful for her guidance.

It's never easy to pick what's the best for your newly departed, through heaps of tears and grief when comes to arranging a funeral.
