We recently had West Coast Awnings install an awning over our outdoor bar, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! A special shout-out to Damien and Ken, our installers—they were fantastic to work with and made the installation a great experience. We really appreciate their hard work and couldn’t have asked for a better team. The awning is a great addition to our outdoor bar, and we’re looking forward to enjoying the space even more. We received estimates from West Coast Awning and another company. Hands down, the people we interacted with from West Coast at our home were the absolute best. Professional, courteous, listened to what we wanted to do and, when it was discovered the awning choice we wanted wasn't going to work with our windows, let us know BEFORE any work was done, and we were able to pivot to a mutually satisfactory design and install. Highly recommend. Jimmy (the salesman); Mike (the engineer) and Robert and Zach (the installers) along with their company will definitely get our repeat business.

We had a center post (3 vertical posts - one of which was directly in the center of our view of our backyard) that needed to go. Obscured our view and made arranging the furniture in the back a nightmare. Rick helped guide us on what needed to be done and roughly 9/1, said he would almost certainly be able to do it by the end of September. West Coast Awnings has always kept their word and sure enough, 9/30/2026, the post is removed and it is done. Thank you, Rick. I especially want to thank Robert and Zach, the 2 gentlemen who came out on time to do the work. They were quick and cleaned up afterward. VERY happy with West Coast Awnings and especially Rick and Zach! Thank you!

My wife and I are so pleased with how our retractable awning came out. Prior to installation, we could not sit out on our back patio it was so hot during the day. It feels like it's 20 degrees cooler underneath the awning. Damien and Ken took great care of us.

It is true that a retractable awning can lower the temperature of an outdoor living space by 20 degrees. Sunesta Remote Control Blackout Shade Thank you West Coast Awning! We had a remote controlled blackout shade installed over our master bedroom Slider and windows. We decided to have slider & windows triple pane replaced with Hurricane Slider/Windows. I had to call on West Coast to come and remove the shade, and a few weeks later come back and reinstall. Damien & Ken did the removal, and Rick & Mike did the reinstall. What a great job by both teams. Thank you, Melissa for keeping us informed with the scheduling of our project. We really appreciate all that you all did. We have three different shades/awnings from West Coast, and highly recommend them...for product quality, design and service, and exceptional value. 5 Stars
