As a client I can honestly say Mark checks on me and truly cares. I have been with him for several years and could not imagine working with anyone else. Even with new insurance he kept me calm and assured that he would handle things and he did. Just a very wonderful kind person. We love him over here.
This company has to have fake reviews, as their customer service is horrible and they don't know what they're doing. If you want your case to be completely mishandled, choose this company.

Go else where. Me and my mother was treated with no respect. My mom is blind and this company only worried about the next dollar. Went into our account and stop our payment because we no longer wanted to work with them the following month ! They do not care about your love ones . The reviews are fake he ask you to write one soon wen you get in the office.
