Absolute pathetic service, supposed to come fix window trim and that didn't happen kept coming up with excuse after excuse
We had windows and doors installed spring 2025, when we had issues with screen doors not closing and latching and air cylinder not working in winter I called for service. Months and months later someone showed up in warmer weather and said they are fine. This summer every time it rained there is water dripping inside screen door between the two doors because the screen doesn't totally seal there is a gap, again I sent video and email asking for service, it has been months and now into September and still no one has come to fix the screen door issues. I would never recommend this company and wish we had chosen a different company from Edmonton. We are only 45 minutes outside Edmonton so there is no reason we have to wait 3 or 4 months for service especially when we started having issues within the first year of installation. I hate the two screen doors they installed whenever you try to close the top part of screen it always catches on the little track because the track only comes down about 8 inches not all the way down the screen so when you put the glass up it catches on the end of track.
Unfortunately I am not able to recommend this company my experience was terrible I ordered a grey door and they installed a beige door. I didn’t want them to install the door as it was the wrong colour they asked me to call the office and the office would deal with my concern.

Amazing people and product. Keith was very very informative and supportive. The installers were punctual and cleaned up the work area after themselves. The windows are very easy to operate, in comparison to the rest of the windows that we have. The locking mechanism is easy to operate.

We are really happy with our new windows. We replaced all 9 and they were installed in one day! Vitalli and Dennis were respectful of our home, hard working and very professional. The ordering process was clear, it did take time for manufacturing but Made in Canada was worth the wait.
Vitalli: you dropped $10 by accident in our driveway and can stop by any time and pick it up!!
We very much recommend Weather Pro

The is the absolute worst window company ever!!! Spent thousands of dollars getting new windows. One window has a leak but they’re saying it is the roof. The window has never leaked before and I see in previous reviews, this is a common theme. They want me to pay them to come see it. Absolutely ridiculous company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

2years ago we had windows installed. Olga gave a great presentation about the windows and explain everything in great detail.
We are ordering 3bedroom windows today . With Olga walking us through about the new regulations about the windows we love our windows.

Olga was my project manager and I never found and feel that I was pressured, her presentation was excellent and the most important thing Olga was true to her words. And I will only deal with her in a feture! Instalation was great! I highly recommend WeatherPro who is looking for a new windows for their house.

I took my time getting 3 different quotes from different window companies to replace windows in my house. The project was fairly big, 12 windows and 2 doors. Weatherpro gave me a price that worked for me so I ended up choosing them, and I'm really happy with my decision. The whole process took around 2.5 months, as I needed custom sized windows and they had to be manufactured.
Everything was installed in 1 day by professional crew. If I ever need more windows replaced I'll definitely call you guys again!

We had all of our windows and exterior doors replaced. From start to finish it was a great experience. Olga was wonderful to deal with. The installers were on site for 3 days and replaced 11 windows and 4 doors.
Not only do the windows and doors look great, but we immediately noticed a drastic difference in the road noise and drafts from the old window.
